It's about time the NIB breeders had their own corner of the world default smiley ;)

The NIB FAQ:

What is a NIB horse?
A NIB horse is a horse that is not inbred; every horse in its pedigree appears only once (with the exception of Ouranos and Gaia). Horses with "Horse Disappeared" in their pedigree are generally not accepted by NIB breeders unless the horses in question were bought before the horses disappeared and have verifiable pedigrees.

Are there green star NIB horses?
These horses have lower GP than green stars and other top horses, as not inbreeding limits the breeding availability and is slower to progress than breeding brothers to sisters and so forth.
**Misabel edit: The first Green star NIB horse was created on February 21, 2011 - a 6th generation Connemara pony with a star in stamina. He was the end result of a lot of hard work and effort, but now that some dedicated breeders have shown it can be done, we all have something to shoot for!

Are NIB horses considered better than green stars or inbred horses?
Goodness, no! Nobody here is attempting to make that claim. Just like the Zero GP horses, these players choose to play the game in their own challenging way.

How can I get involved with NIB breeding?
It's simple! Start by purchasing a few foundation horses, or horses whose pedigrees can be tracked down and verified as non-inbred. Then carefully breed them to create foals with good GP's and skills that are not inbred!

Hi,
I've been breeding NIB horses for a while. I'll buy any non-inbred Canadian with good GP or foundation horses. Thanks
By Retired breeder, 31st December 2009 04:03:01
Did somebody here say they were looking for NIB Pasos? I seem to recall somebody awhile ago mentioning it but I can't for the life of me find the post now.
By Retired breeder, 31st December 2009 04:24:04
hey, I have three foundy Quarter Ponies. I have been breeding NIB shetlands. Got rid of my barbs because I just didn't have the time (regret it now though). Anyhows, I do not have enough Quarter Ponies to make a NIB go of it so if anyone has any or is interested in teaming up to help out PM me. I thought we better get Quarter Ponies on the NIB list!

Seems people out number me the way they count generations default smiley xd As I have always seen it foundations are the first generation of horse so that is why I count the way I do.

There was something else I was going to say but it is about 12:30am here and I just got off of work so who knows......

That really stinks trying to breed NIB PSHs. Since foundation are rare, not many people breed them. So I m tying to find some foundation of decent quality. I just went through the lot of foundation PSH in the Sale and not one of them gamed correctly. I saw two foals 1st gen foals with 349. somthing. So, my only chance is to go to big breeders, which I have, but none want to sell their foundation cause if I delete my account their line will be lost. Greedy people. I have 4 that were very expensive,( 8k, 8k, 9k and 10k) and I just realized none of them gamed correctly. That player ripped me off. So, to the point, I am looking for foundation foals under 6 months or adults with correct gaming. Any color, age, gender, etc. No affixes would be appreciated greatly. I can pay top dollar for what I just discribed.

Us PSH breeders should team up. Like Pintar, I'm realizing how rare well gamed PSH's are or even foundation foals before games.

What makes me sick is I had like 4 on my previous account. Won them straight from the nut UFO competition.

I should not have sold them *hits self in head*
Pintar5 you can ask a player with a account under 20 days to sell you a Gaia foal. I have a friend that sold me a couple foundations that way, one of which was a PSH foal.

getting into NIB horse is hard with all the inbred highstars. sorry about earlier it didn't occur to me that it was against the rules my bad
By Retired breeder, 31st December 2009 19:07:07
Yeah, Alassiel, it is extremely hard. rocket_girl, yes there were, but very expensive and I am trying to start my own line. Chiana, that is a good idea. The problem with PSHs are is that when a new player gets a foundation, they don't game it right, and big breeders with correctly gamed horses don't want to sell theirs. Sigh.....
I'm going to start breeding NIB Thoroughbreds.

I purchased a few green-stars at first, but...well, I know they're just pixels, but I've studied too many real TB pedigrees not to cringe at the degree of inbreeding. default smiley ;) I've already got a fully BLUPed foundie stallion, and just purchased a few more NIBs at auction....it'll be a while before they're ready to breed, but I'm looking forward to starting. default smiley :)

I just searched through 2 pages of PSH horses with less than 352 GP in the Auctions, hoping to discover a lost treasure ..Discusting It is sad. Most foals are 1st gen and like 349GP, then there are horses halfway between games, and the adults aren't correctly gamed. There was only one horse I bid on, and I made it mch higher than the asking price. I personally PMed the owner asking them to put it in the Sales for me. I'm not going to link to it or say the name, but it is a 6 month old fillyl I plan to game it using Riven's schedule. That IF I win the bid. I hope no other NIBer finds it. I'll be checking on her, so, all of you PSH NIBers, don't go looking for her. She is MINE! I have big plans for her.....
Pintar, Maybe we should bunk together to help a bit? Ive got one mare, No where near the max but im going to chase up a few friends default smiley :)

Yes Rivenwood, I am looking for NIB Pasos. I'm not sure if someone else is also looking.
To let you NIB PSHers know, I have a 100BLUP nearly fully bolded PSH stally offering anyone here covers. He is my first horse and sorry, no he was not correctly gamed as I didn't find the "no salt" games until after it was too late. I had to wait until day 10 to buy several horses which I put in boxes for several days in a row almost all day each until I finally found a saltstone so by then he was already too old. 351.06 if anyone is interested. I am also looking to buy and breed/ exchange PSH stallions/ mares with others. I am not greedy default smiley :p

Pintar5, the girl I bought the foals from didn't game them, I did. She is able to get foundations from a BM item since she is a new player. The link below is to the PSH foundation she made for me. If you want to you can ask her to make some for you. I'm surprised not many NIBers aren't doing this!
