I still have no new schleich, would want a few old models but my parents won’t let me buy them

Welcome back! My parents are making me sell my breyers in order to buy new ones, maybe they'd let you do that with schleich? default smiley :d

@AAFKE
That sucks, why won’t they let you buy more?

Also, I finished a new repaint! I can’t show it to you guys yet though because it’s for a secret Santa exchange with other schleich collectors so it’s a surprise! I’ll probably post pictures afterwards though
I have sold some schleich in the past, but those were all doubles and what I have right now what I wanna sell just doesnt get sold.
I think why they wont let me buy more is because some are very expensive and I have 6 small shelves full of horses and I have one small shelf full of other animals.

Is the money your going to use money you earned yourself or money they gave you as like allowance
cuz if you earned it yourself than your parents should have no right in telling you what to do with it

Are they worried about them taking up too much space? You could buy a tub to put away the ones that don’t fit on your shelf, and rotate the horses on display every once in a while!

Its my own money, I dont get allowance money for things like clothes, I just get 2 euros or something on my bank once a week.

What do you mean with tub, because if I search that word and translate it in my language it says bathtub. And I have all of my other animals that are not horses in a plastic container, because I dont have any space anymore. I am also not really the type of person to rotate them around once in a while, I keep all the breeds together or the horse couples I made.

Hi guys! Welcome back AAFKE...havent posted much as it's been a real dry spell. Looking forward to new January models though! And I'm with you guys...I prefer going to a brick and mortar store to get mine, because I want to be sure I like what I'm getting. I've had bent legs/horses that cant really stand well from the mail and it's a disappointment. I'm much too lazy to go through the frustration of trying to return it and get my money back, so eventually I end up buying a duplicate from some store.

@AAFKE
Cool, I'm Dutch as well!

Also, I finished a new repaint today. It's a repaint on the collectA fjord, so it's not schleich exactly but close enough amirite? I'll probably make pictures tomorrow if the weather is nice.

I'd still be interested in seeing it! I have a CollectA horse collection as well, though it is much smaller than my Schleich collection.default smiley :)
