I've been slowly losing my faith and interest in Schleich horses... the newest horses (some 2017 but mostly 2018) I'm super disappointed with. I still want to collect them and run my barn but tack/rider sets and other accessories get far expensive where I live and most places online. My barn took up so much space I have no will to bring it back out. I'm slowly becoming more of a Breyer collector.

Thats ok Breyers are nice toodefault smiley :) I like to see them less as competitors and more like friends.

So i heard a town nearby mine that is almost twice as big, is supposed to be getting a Tractor Supply. Yay! If its anything like the Tractor Supply in another town that i know of, it should be a good, closer by place to get Schleich! Now hopefully the rumor i heard is true and they do get it.

Cool! Are they all horses, or do you have some other animals mixed in there? I like Breyer too but i don't actually have any of them.

Same question for you...are they all horses? I have a lot of wildlife too. Its a shame you're losing interest but everybody is differentdefault smiley :) By the way, if you no longer want them, you can send them to me.default smiley ;)default smiley (lol) Just joking. But when you say all kinds, i picture wildlife, people, dinosaurs, bayala, the one that starts with e (not sure what it is exactly buts like knights and warriors and dragons and such). And don't forget like stables and other horse/animal care sets. Oh yeah and smurfs! I don't collect any of those myself though.

Hey everyone! So I've been considering selling schleich tack and/or accessories. I've seen a lot of neat things for Breyer horses on Etsy, but when it comes to Schleich, the choices are pretty limited to halters and blankets, with the occasional felt saddle. So I was wondering if there's ever been anything that you have wanted in schleich scale, but haven't been able to make it, or find it for sale.

I'm in love with Schleich horses! I mostly just collect them (and various other brands) . One of my favourites I own is an old bay shire, who goes by the name Shadow.

This is a would you rather question. Say for example, you get a little money. Would you rather spend that getting a nice new (or old, depending on your preferencesdefault smiley :p ) Schleich figure, or would you buy passes with it and get a new Howrse model (like an RC for example)?

I love my Howrse collections, but personally i think i'd get the Schleich. For one, its a real item i can hold and show, and two, i can't shake the nagging feeling sometimes that when the game known as Howrse finally meets its end, as most things eventually do, all my expensive RC (etc.) collections will go POOF! I hate that realization. Here's to hoping Howrse has a long happy life!

Of course, on the other hand, all it would take for my belongings, Schleich included, to go POOF! is one nasty fire. Decisions, decisions!

Sorry for it being sideways. . . A New Zealand blanket I just started today! It's all cut out, I'm just sewing the fabric (dark blue felt and orange dishcloth-like) together. I'm still figuring out how to do the straps.

Anyone like creating homemade schleich horse tack/covers/halters/jumps? (Obviously TMRC does default smiley ;)) I make covers and horse trucks. My fave is horse trucks as I love designing them default smiley (l) And to TMRC: maybe make straps out of velcro. They're easy to do I find. But I'm not as good cover maker... my covers look a bit odd sometimes default smiley :p
amnewthankock I'm currently working on a website but I can only make it on my school Co outer when the website making sites aren't blocked. I do have an instagram, though.

Does anyone have schlock or model horse instagrams?
