Irene 1985 wow!!! That's awesome! You must know everything about showing, whereas here I am asking all these questions, not knowing anything! default smiley xd

I can't find any of my Schleich!!!!! They're most likely in a box getting ready for the move!!!default smiley :@
By Retired breeder, 27th March 2015 13:47:06
Oh, overlord, poor schleich! They need air! 1985!? Okay, now I understand. Jo, you always get the honors of the thousands!!!!default smiley (li)default smiley (lol)
By Retired breeder, 27th March 2015 14:05:45
I think that was my first thousand! I've gotten a few hundreds though! default smiley (lol). Well maybe I got 1 or 2000... I don't remember
By Retired breeder, 27th March 2015 14:10:44
Oh my goodness! Overlord are you excited to move?!! I'm really excited because we are looking at houses closer to town. I wish I could have a like walk in closet to store all my Schleich in (I want to make more giant barns). But apparently we would move to a smaller house because the bigger the more money... But my closet is like 3.5 feet wide... If I got any bigger of a closet I would have at least more storage for barns. Maybe a multi-level barn... Or just a storage shelf unit. Whatever my closet if we even move will probably be just as tiny. default smiley (lol)

Yeah so the priorities of a normal girl: Mom! I'm running out of space for my clothes in my closet, we need to move!!

Priorities of a Schleich/horse loving girl: Mom! My horses don't have any more room to fit in in the whole house, we need to move! default smiley (lol)

I have two cloets! One for clothes and the other filled with bayala nights safari and other miscellanious! But my parents closet is the size of my room with one GIANT mirror, a tie hanger thingy, 45 dwores and so much more space! Me jelly!default smiley (lol)
I might get another horse today...I'm not quite sure yet.

So, irene, do you make your own tack? Can you post pictures???

No...I don't make tack at all. My eyes aren't that great and even with what western show halters I have drives me crazy sometimes with the buckles...default smiley (lol)

I'm strictly a halter shower (set the horse up as best as possible) and take the photos. Just now ventured to show in the various IMEHA presentation classes. It was on a day when I had more patience to get those halters on.

I love schleich, it is at tractor supply company and is very sturdy and safe. Breyer is more detailed and pretty however so I personally prefer Breyer over schleich.
By Retired breeder, 27th March 2015 22:04:06
Hi petvey! Ya, breyers are pretty! I don't have a tractor supply here!
By Retired breeder, 27th March 2015 22:07:11
Irene, do you have to use breyer people? And can you buy your tack even if it's not Breyer brand? Like something from MHSP?

The *only* doll I use is a custom made Mego doll and he's mainly used for my draft horses.
He's in the photo of my Hagen Renaker Clydesdale whose show name is "Trou Macacq".

I entered their photo in the IMEHA Division P16 (OF Presentation-Presentation Headstall Suited to Breed Section)\\

There is a tack section on MH$P but like I said I don't do performance....just halter.

Ok so you can do both? Not YOU, general you I mean.
You can show in halter and performance. Again (an I know people are getting plain tired of *rules* but that's the way the IMEHA is run.... there are the rules on what's allowed etc. in performance.

And again too...it must be as realistic as possible.

Penguin why would they make new pinto for 2015 then a year later change them again?

I'm pretty sure that an exclusive isn't it?! The paint stallion?!
By Retired breeder, 28th March 2015 23:19:50
My friend came over to my house today. She brought her Fresian mare, the one with the red hair ribbons. May I say, I have a new addition to my wish list! default smiley xd
By Retired breeder, 28th March 2015 23:30:42
Ya, That mare is gorgeous! Yes, that is the exclusive stallion. Hoping to do a amazon spree soon! I have almost 89 horses! Oh, and if you said that you have like 150 horses, then you must have 40 customs since there are about 110 horses!
If I get the exclusive horses should I keep them in a safe place? Or should I use them in my stable?
