Oh gosh. My biggest problem when I finally started riding again was that it was always cold. Like my teacher doesn't teach in less than 20 degrees weather. Or it was icy. Or rainy. There's a steep dangerous hill into the lane my barn is on.

HAHA! So me! I hate when i'm sick, have uri, a upper respitory infection, so when I cough, I cough up mucus and have like spasms were I can't breath(related to something else I think) It is going around town along with other odd sicknesses. I love the ice bayala! There Polar Duri's( Polar Bear, Deer, Uni's) Are amaze! I want the new forest pony's too!

Please forgive my ignorance, but what is the appeal of model horses? Are they like a collectors thing?

kind of. im just so in love with horses that I love model ones to! we make tack and barns for our horses and there's all sorts of stuff you can buy for them. so yeah mostly a collecting thing.default smiley 8-) im a horse nerd

Its a collector thing. Kinda like model trains. I try to make realistic layouts. If you go on You Tube there is a bunch of barn tours.

Irene, are the collect a the same size as schleich?

Depends upon the model. The drafters (adults) would be considered close to the size as the Breyer Little Bit scale.

Oh yeah I got an old plastic mesh bag from some fruit or veggie. I'm using yarn for hay and making hay nets! I have fake dead grass but the pieces are sometimes super tiny

Wow! I just watched some barn tours online. I love how detailed some of their stuff is! One of them had a hay sack with a little hay in it! So cute! I don't have any Schleich's but they're cool to look at!

Can you but tack for your Schleich horses or do you have to make it?

They sell Schleich Tack at the website. If you're not crafty, you go online and buy them. I'm horrid at crafts and a bit lazy so that's what I dodefault smiley (lol)
