Agree with what many of the commenters have said about luck... I don't think I received a single diamond card until I spent ~475 passes, and that's still luckier than most who didn't get any at all or couldn't buy the packs; I think this was the first time I spent passes on a Cards event. I did end up getting Viginti and Petit.

The competition for the flash sales seemed a lot fiercer than previous Cards events and as a result I only ended up getting to the bronze Joker because the direct sales kept getting bought up too fast and the auction prices went way too high for me to afford.

Some suggestions:

- The ability to get a guaranteed gold/diamond rarity card in packs would help people to complete their collections and simultaneously boost pass sales; perhaps this could be for the final days of the event, like how the amount of cards you get was doubled.
- A feature for merging lower rarity cards to create a gold/diamond card, perhaps with an additional Equus cost (could double each time a merge is made), to get rid of the duplicates - I found it somewhat frustrating that once you'd received all of the cards of one rarity that you couldn't trade them anymore, but this feature would give them another use and be helpful to complete collections.
- Make direct sales individual for each player; it's just not realistic for players with slower reflexes/internet to snap them up, and to increase demand it could still have a time limit that you have to confirm the purchase within (e.g. 10 seconds).

I had fairly poor luck, 19 of my 24 joker cards (if I am remembering correctly) were Bronze. I also dislike that once you have all the cards of a certain grade, you can't trade them anymore. Also, I wish players could trade/sell specific cards as a part of the flash sales.

I spent 1000 passes to finish the event, and a lot more to get enough fragments for Firework. It was only slightly less expensive than using TCs for grabs would have been.

I always love the card events. This one was no different. I got all three divines, and I wasn't even trying to get Fireworks. Maybe I was just lucky, but it was quite easy to finish without having to buy many additional cards. I did not participate in the flash sales, so I can't speak on any pros and cons regarding that, but regardless it was a good event.

As mentioned above, the event was entirely dependent on luck, which I did not have, and about 2,000 tickets were spent, despite the fact that it was impossible to purchase additional tickets through auctions or direct sales, which led to disappointment and mixed emotions.
The only thing that brought joy was the prize of the Caduceus of Hermes.
+ Fireworks took 2800 passes

I really like this event! I've got a lot of presents and 4 divine horses i spent some passes, but it was totally worth it

Luck based events is fine but there NEEDS to be a way for everybody to get the prize for free. It can be done with pretty much every other event and we shouldn't have to sit there and use passes or get into bidding wars at the last second because the game *refuses* to give a certain color card. I was short TWO gold. Ended up buying 18 cards and spent almost 1mil eq in the auction to get them. It's dumb and we shouldn't have to do that when almost if not every single other event has a way for you to get the end prize without spending money

What for me also plays in my grunt towards this event is that even though I mostly got duplicate Bronze cards they also where for the 'big prize' Divine. But without Gold/one Silver I couldn't complete any of it. Funny enough I did get most Diamond cards.

Yes I won 1 Hermess Staff, 1 Fleece, 1 Harmony Pack, 1 Ow pet and from there on Aging Points and Money and fillers.

I did get Borvo from that Fleece I scatched, so I still got something. But I do feel I have very little to show for it all.

In the end I did spend some passes to hope to get atleast that Gold card I was missing for Falabella, but after 380 pass I gave up as I need to make those ingame.

I love the cards events, I spent a lot on cards packs BUT not as much as it would have cost to fill the metre with crowns. Very happy with my return on spending on terms of gifts and the 3 divines.

I'm terms of a celebration event, i feel fireworks should have been the cards prize, meaning the anniversary horse wasn't luck dependent. As said the 15 year one was free to all, and whilst technically this one could have been free, luck plays a very large part and for most would have prevented it.

Isn't spend ay passes and got everything. I loved this game. This is my favorite game in years. This prizes were good and not the same as usual. I would have liked a few more big prizes.

I don't really have complaints on this one. My only suggestion would be for the tack cards to be rotated so you aren't getting just one color each time. I won both divines, so I'm quite happy

Would like to be able to trade cards even after the categories are done. That way a better chance at more prizes. I still can’t seem to get fireworks not sure I will be able to. Overall to cards is a great one for prizes. Thank you!

I enjoy the cards events.

i think this was the first Cards event where I actually got lucky with the prizes I won. I was able to complete all collections and win Viginti without having to buy any cards. The only prizes I wasn't able to win were Fireworks and a few of the 20 years items. Overall, I'm satisfied with my winnings and had more luck in this event than in previous ones.

Man, I used to love cards events but this time I ended up with no Viginti or even Petit. Logging in every day, completing every challenge and even buying a couple of card packs. I know that it's luck based and obviously I wouldn't be complaining if I had got all the cards but it's just a pity that you can do everything right and still not get any divines at all

I couldn't get a single divine, I got one diamond card. To be honest, I was really waiting and hoping to receive messages saying, "We noticed that you did not receive the anniversary divine. We are grateful for your loyalty and love, so we are giving it to you to remind you once again how much we love our players. Thank you for your support!" That's all I want to say.

No Divines for me even though I completed all the daily objectives and played daily. I was one card from Viginti and could not obtain that card. I am incredibly disappointed.

Viginti should have been given to us as a 20th birthday present from Horwse to the players, and not in the luck based game of cards.

Prizes were mediocre. Nothing really said, 20th birthday celebration. We were certainly poorly treated as players on the actual 20th birthday date. Most loyal players (including myself) got a single mash in a star rain. A mash is an instulting prize and needs to be dropped from all events.

I've worked at customer service jobs and the Horwse team truly needs to start listening to the feedback from the players.

Feedback seems to be collected, but no new changes are ever implemented into the game play.

I got like 3 gold cards the whole event, so no divine for me. But I ended up with 5 leftover diamond cards that I couldn't trade. I can't express how unsatisfying that is. Prizes for completing the puzzles were meh, but I would have liked the divine.

For once fortune was in my favor, I got 2 petits and 1 Viginti. I did spend passes on this one but only when they were on the double card offer. It was easy to progress and more inclusive than some events previously.

Well, that’s was the 20 years celebration Event?
Where is the Party? Where is the Fun? Where Is the BIG Thank You to us players? Maybe even gifts depending on how many years You joined already?????

We had the Cards Events a tousend times. Nothing Special to it.

Altogether Total Disappointment.

I think card events are fun over all, but the anniversary divine should not have been given out this way. Then Fireworks could have been the top prize instead with Viginti being in the scavenger hunt on the 8th. Also, someone already mentioned being able to trade cards even after you have collected everything. there is nothing else left to do with those cards unless you are trying to fill the collection twice.

Then there is the matter of only trading once per day. If the person has the means, let them trade. You could also give the option for us to donate extra cards to increase community activity. I like the event, but I do have others I prefer that are based more on effort than luck. The hike, memory match, and dressing the riders. Viginti would have been great in the hike too.

I think there should be no simple gifts anymore because rare gifts will attract more players' attention and encourage players to progress further in the event.

Frustrating when you’re only missing two gold cards but all you continue to get are bronze, silver, and diamond. Even made a pass purchase to see if I could get any gold cards and I still only received bronze, silver, and diamond cards with that purchase.

It was okay. But come on lets get some new games to play.
