Finally a post just for us cross breeders. The purpose of this topic is for cross breeders to have a place to discuss their crossbreeding programs and to share crossbreeding secrets and advice with others who may be interested in giving crossbreeding a try. Feel free to talk about your crossbreeding programs and your achievements and failures in crossbreeding.
Please remember to follow the rules of the forum and be informative and helpful. default smiley :-))

*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*

Reminder to all.

Please do not advertise sales or items wanted in this topic. I can turn a blind eye to the covers being offered (as long as they are not blatant advertisements) because we are, after all, trying to help each other progress and there is no filter on public covers for searching for crosses, but items sales and items wanted do not belong in any of the public forums and we have a sales forum for horse sales so please, lets keep our topic clean of the ads.

Thanks everyone

There are reasons for rules and everyone is expected to follow them. There will be no posting of advertisements in this topic and everyone is expected to be respectful. Any disrespect towards fellow players or moderators will not be tolerated. Anyone posting advertisements will receive a forum ban without prior warning. If breaking of rules continues to take place in this topic I will delete it.

Thank you
zepharo

If anyone has personal issues with another player, or needs something back from another player(items/passes), other than covers/fills-please take it to private pms...anymore posting here will mean an instant forum ban without a warning.

Edit by pixiesbite

A reminder that this is not the place for trading/buying/selling BMI, horses or advertising or asking for someone to train your horse.
If any of these things occur, you will be forum banned without prior warning.

Xellos- I dont think anyone would dare go near your Fry ranks. You would put them and everyone else who dares to shame....and bury them.
Sorry Mess misclicked and sent that horse to the heven. I killed it off for a pass horse. I forgot you wanted it for a cover. default smiley :-))

Shiannes don't worry about your skiller I already pm'ed you about it but may as well say it here as well.

Everyone sucked at one point when learning how to do skillers. took me a long long time to learn to do them correctly. And now look at my horses they are pretty decent.

Don't worry you will get better. Even my friend who I was teaching how to skill I had to jump on her account for her first skiller and fix it for her.

another person who I was also training a week or so ago I did the same thing with them. When they ran into a problem I jumped on fixed it so they could keep on going.

You learn to skill in parts and then when you have all the parts down it gets easier to do them altogether.

So don't feel put out that I had to go and work on your horse. I have been doing that with various people over the last 3-4 weeks.

I did the same thing with Rayday and their horse yesterday.

My new Paso boy has a great GP, why is it that some breeds are soooo mush slower than others. It's nice for me ough!
Sometimes I really wonder if how I do pet skilling is actually an effective way...

I just ran up against a horse that Xello bred and that horse put my arab to shame. Well that teaches me not to go against a horse with Xello's affix on it.

Random- Made a new word. Pixelated! An accomplishment. Man I should get payed for my awesome words. lol. Anyways.
I drive the little buggers to and from school. So I have to relate. The little ones especially like it when I dance around like a monkey making monkey noises. Kindy kids are so easily amused.

I also read Garfield to them sometimes if I have time for it. And we play Simon says, eye spy, heads up 7 up many times too if I have time in the morning while parked at the school waiting for the teachers to come get the kids.

Normally I have about 7 minutes to keep them entertained before they get off the bus.

Aw, wish my life was like that. But, alas, me and my brothers have had to do without the fun of having actual parents.....I didn't say that. Shhh!
Nope it was owned by someone else but bred by you.

Sea- I have always avoided any horse that had Xellos' affix unless I checked the horse and found it was not properly skilled, only then did I dare enter. I was smart too and remembered that when working my booster because I saw their new cross Ride The Tide.
Xellos; my mom drives a bus too. She drives for a middle shook and two elementary. She says her middle is a nightmare.

I have a creepy liking for pet skilling...

Yeah but I never got that with my bus drivers, my teachers or my parents. And its a little worthless to try for it when your done in four months.

Grrrr...whenever I need one gender the foal turns out the other. Ah well, it's still a great foal! Big thanks to the person who bred him for me. I'm going to quick BLUP him, bolt him, then out pops the Fjord! default smiley (lol)

Twi- Haha, I'm watching King Arthur right now and all I can think about is that scene. Monty Pythons and The Holy Grail is kind of a long time obsession for my entire school.
