[Info] The Retired Coat Gallery

This thread is here to show off your Retired Coats. This is not the place to post non retired coats. **The two exceptions would be coats that have been pulled (brief discussions) and the pre release coats.

REMEMBER:

******** absolutely no sales talk, no talk about spares or how many extras of a copy you got and selling them to fund your RC habit this is just a place to talk RCs

* although links and graphics are ok on this thread, they are not allowed normally on public forums

* any negative or unkind comments on artists or coats (or anyone!) will be removed, and depending on the case, it might mean an instant forum ban.

* DO NOT use this as a place to sell your horse/coats-if you feel the need to break this rule, it will mean an instant forum ban...

** Sales ads are NOT allowed in any public forums. Asking for spare coats will now be considered a sales ad. This includes stating that you plan to sell a coat, or point out coats for sale in sales.

* Do not use this place as a spot for rants or complaints-About coats/BG/or each other.

* This is not the place to ask players to price your coats, or to ask others the worth of a coat, you can check uses on your own by hovering your mouse over the gray apple and price it from there.

* This is not the place to bring up the subject of stolen images. Keep in mind that the rules of the BP used to be very different, and many old coats are from that time.
There is not any reason to bring that up, or report the coats.

*Please do not do a coat countdown for soon to retire coats.

* Please do not post coats that are currently in the GA and have either not retired, or will never retire.

* Please do not post coat/bg combos or ask opinions on them, except following coat release.

* Some coats may be removed in the future, whether that be for problems with the coats itself or just because they're clearing room on the server to allow other coats to be uploaded - if you're buying retired coats, please keep that in mind. If you want a permanent copy, I would recommend saving the graphic to your computer

* How to discover who many uses a New GC coat will retire-There is now a coat countdown in the GA, and it will show how many have been used and how many uses there are left.

** There is now a new creations directory which shows all coats. Go to Community>>>Directories>>>Creations>>>Click more criteria, and on the left hand side is a gold and silver apple. Click the silver apple and search to see all retired coats.

* To see who created/how many uses/name/or if you have it already of a RC coat, simply click on the silver apple, and it will tell you.

*** Posting links to other player's coats is NOT allowed and can mean a forum ban.

*#*#*#* If players feel the need break the main topic rules, such as sales ads/coat countdowns/spares-you can expect an instant forum ban without any warning prior to it *#*#*#*

Some one reported me wrongfully so I doubt I will be back posting on this thread any more. I apologized but that is not enough. I miss the days of Howrse when we were like family and friends.

If you me dark coats as in satanic or evil just let your fingers do the walking. There is one emo one that has chains on it, low numbered coat. There is the one with the skull, there is a pirate one, and yes there are some creepy. There is one I call the Art of War that is an armoured howrse.

C. was right about snitches.

Smokey is his name and he was a little stud who kept getting into trouble and costing his owner a lot of money.

That is a copy of painting by Gladys Edwards Brown painting. That painting was used by another coat that was retired but it was better done as the plants and base was removed it was 1150.

http://janhoarabians.com/about_arabians.html

I have kept this secret to protect the person who made the current coat. The artis lived 1908 to 1998 and was known for her expertise in ARabian Horses and Airedale Terriers. She was in volved with Arabian World Magazine and did paintings, sculptures and books on Arabians and Airedales.

By Retired breeder, 16th July 2009 22:13:34
meh i'm trying to start up a gallery of all the coats ever got about 450 at the moment in my forum
By Retired breeder, 16th July 2009 22:59:12
mechurchlady I just won that one
By Retired breeder, 16th July 2009 23:03:46
i nearly won it =[ computer froze at 5 seconds remaining
By Retired breeder, 16th July 2009 23:40:35
I was bidding on it at one point, but I had to leave the computer for a bit and when I came back it was up to 13,000. I decided to leave it and wait for another one to come along sometime.
That one that looks like a skeleton is really cool, I'm guessing that it's retired?
By Retired breeder, 16th July 2009 23:41:27
Here it is, if the code works, just so you know what I'm talking about:

Can we please get mods online as I have a ton of reports on fraudulent sales stating coats are retired and they are not.

Stink I lost another sale. I need to find a way to make 3 million equus as I cannot afford to be paying $50000 per howrse any more.

Witch one did you lose
i dont know but it was a pony coat. I have alreay put out 100,000 and 10 passes for one coat which the mother condoned, sigh. I got to get less nice. $50000 for another coat. I have one is sales that I spent 25000 for and then turned around and found the same coat for 10000. The worst thing is that there are resellers out there reselling howrses.

If this was my collection then I would not need some of the coats. I have hackneys but they are like dons, not selling. I just wish I did not owe a friend money after a bidding war got out of hand. I wish in howrse I could get millions of equus to afford the things I want.

I would coat collect but it is easier to let painty keep the collection. Never know when I will get sanctioned for being nice again. I will post in my forum an updated list of what coats we have. I will be putting all duplicates in sales someday.
