Do any of you remember tens and tens of pages back when I had the brilliant idea of saving up droppings so that you could make more manure (sell back for tons of profit) because 25 dung would be changed to 5 dung needed per manure? Well I've got an even better idea now.

I know the manure change will be done before the merging of accounts. Therefore, you will still have EC reserve separate.

Now that I think of it, you'll end up with the same amount of equus anyway, but I think this way you'll get a bit more should you forget to not spend anything, ahaha

But anywho, I'd like you to take a glance into my supposed and hopefully rightly supposed idea:

We already know dung turns into manure which equals profit when all is sold should you have no need for more manure, make as you go along.

But when the reserves are merged, things change completely.

Steps, simplified, because I'm half-asleep.

Buy droppings, 1,000 a day. That's the max anyhow.

Save up as many as possible until the reserves merge (don't sell or use even when manure changes come).

When the reserves merge, turn all droppings into manure and sell. Huge profit.

This is because; if you turn dung to manure right on the manure change, you get money for your EC, yes, but what if you forget and use some of it up for other purposes?

In this new way, you'll get the money despite whatever shopping sprees who go on with your EC. This money will be incorporated into your breeding money because it's merged anyhow, and if your a major breeder, like most of us, or at least use some cash to bring in good breeding, you can use your EC's profit to get shopping money for your breeding.

Cha-Ching for me, but I'm not sure for you guys. Feel free to post *constructive* criticism. I'm almost asleep, so I may have a huge error flaw in this that I can barely notice, I bid you luck on your money making with these changes!

I don't know whether you know, but with the new changes manure sells for only 38e. So if you wait until after the changes to make the manure, yes you will create more manure, but it sells for a lot less. Selling 200 manure (the amount you can create with 1000 droppings) will make you 7,600e after the changes and selling 40 manure (the amount you can create now with 1000 droppings) also makes 7,600e. So whether you sell it before or after the changes, it makes no difference.

That seems logical. We've had a potions promo for Halloween for the last 2 years or so, same with the board-game-like one at Christmas.

A possible divine heavily rumored to be able to breed with Tianma. There are no solid confirmations of her.

Beginning of September. Approximately in 5 days or so. But for them to be complete it will take several months of updates.

I found another hole in the reserves merging: right now if the EC goes downhill and you decide to restart, the reserve sets back to 20,000e. How's that gonna work out with just one reserve? Are you theoretically going to have to pay in order to restart the EC?

With the reserve merge, restarting an EC is going to become complicated. A lot of players will be really mad if it resets the entire reserve. Maybe howrse will give an additional amount for restarting the EC? But players would abuse that, they'd restart just to make equus. Perhaps that could work if there was a minimum time between restarts?

Has the equus merge been tested yet? If so, can someone who has tested it explain how it will work with restarting ECs?

Testing ends on September 8th

I have no idea if the merge was on the test server. But the more I try to think about what 'pros' could come from the merge, I only find more and more cons and plotholes. Right now nothing can convince me that the merge will be a good thing.
