Sorry, I had to fix that when I realised it didn't work 'XD

That aside, how can I find specific crossbreed studs? Or would I be better off breeding them myself?

Oh, that’s not quite what I expected! I like him! I’ll have to play around with that cross at some point.

You can filter out purebreds in the covering offers but it’s tough to find the exact cross you want sometimes.

Bartie's twin is actually up for sale right now, I think I put the colt up for auction... it'll be shown on my page because I don't remember default smiley xd

Not advertising, just saying because you said you like Bartie, so I presume you'd like his twin brother.

So I have a question...

Does anyone have any favourite crossbreed combination?

I've always been partial to Appy/TB crosses (Appy dominant). I like that I can win gallop rosettes with them. They're also good for keeping one of my EC rosettes.

I have some Knabstrupper/Arabian crosses in development. I’m curious to see how they will do in show jumping and cross country!

Just wondering if there's a breed that I can introduce to my Paint/TB crosses to further combine speed and gallop. It's pretty slow going to increase my Paint's gallop.

Thoroughbreds have the best gallop. But Appaloosas have better speed. I used to breed Appaloosa x Thoroughbred skillers for gallop rosettes

My Knabstrupper/Arabian crosses are in the rides stage (I do rides then train then comps), but they definitely show a lot of promise for cross country and show jumping! I’m excited!

You can also try adding in Mustangs, they have the highest speed skills in the game rn

Not sure if this is the right forum, but does anyone know how many generations it takes until a horse is purebred? I’m asking because I have a Paint mare whose granddam was an Appy & I’ve bred the Paint mare to full-blood Paints studs, yet the foals aren’t considered full-blood. Thanks in advance.

Two of my favorite breeds on the game! Can’t wait to hear how they perform. Enjoy!

It's no longer possible to breed a horse back to purebred. The horse will always have a small percentage of that other breed left

While it’s not anything super fancy or unique, I enjoyed this crossbreed! I think she’s going to do pretty well in the western competitions. I plan to breed her to a Paint/Arabian cross and see what happens. I’ll update when it’s born!

I've got an interesting crossbreed, a seemingly 50x50 cross that has the mother's breed. Here she is: Lady Sheffield. I thought once a crossbreed those breeds could never be 'bred out', but apparently it is possible.

The dam is 100% Mustang while the sire is 99% Thoroughbred and 1% Arabian Horse, but the little lady has no records of Arab blood left. default smiley (o)

You can't breed out a crossbreed to make it a purebred, but you can breed out other breeds within a crossbreed ince the percentage gets too lowdefault smiley :)

So, I experimented with crossbreds for the first time!
I had a TB mare who's about 2k behind the top GP now (I thought she was only 400-500 behind, went to double-check, and got shocked. That breed moves FAST), and I've been meaning to breed her for a bit now to experiment with crossbreds. I intended to cross her with a Paint stallion, partially because of MountainLake's mare that's doing well in Western comps, and the stallion with the second-highest GP was a 50/50 Paint/Selle mix, so I bred to him in the name of experimentation default smiley (lol) I'll link the sire and the filly. Any ideas on what discipline(s) for the foal and what breeds to cross her with to produce Western horses would be much appreciated!
