I meant my boy is waiting on AP so he can be BLUPed. I just used all but two on finishing Wild Ambitions. Have 4 projects I want to BLUP, but not enough AP. only farmed 6 today, I think. Not a good day for AP farming for me... :/

I know what you mean. I'm sorry default smiley :( I just have tons of AP from promos because I didn't breed for like three years.

I took an extended break all through 2016 and came back with over 160 that I'd managed to accumulate, but I tried going through my horses and rarely find points

I rarely AP farm because I have nearly 400 AP at any given time and a lot of my horses have MA as they were bred when I played heavily. I don't know the factoring that goes into being able to find AP though.

I get about 30 AP or so a day with a relatively small AP farm. But, that let me finish bolding out two mares today.

Well, Memory reached 30 years old, so his MA ran out, which means I'm done comping him. I'll still run comps with him daily; I'm hoping to break 2000 trot wins yet. Probably the most fun I've had with a cross, even more fun than all of the many TB/GVs I've done.

I've started a just for fun project of breeding gypsy vanners that have stamina, dressage, and gallop as the top skills. Hoping to win some reining comps.
Love Lila, my #1 Teke just won a rosette.. wasn't really expecting it especially as all the 10k+ skilled Vanners in XC right now! Also my first rosette outside of Show Jumping...

Hey default smiley ^) I have a question, when you cross breed, is one breed more likely to be the foal? Like if I breed a teke mare to an arab stallion, will the foal be one or the other or is it randomized?

Depends on if the mare and stallion are purebred. If the two you mentioned are purebred, then the foal would be Arab. If they aren't, most of the time, the foal will take whichever breed would have the most percentage. For example, if you bred together a mare that was 50% Appy, 25% Arab, and 25% Selle to a stallion that was 75% Selle and 25% Noko, the foal would be Selle because Selle would have the most percentage (Appy would be 25%, Arab & Noko would be around 12.5%).

In a four way cross (which is the exception to that rule), the foal would take the breed that is listed second on the genetics page. For example, one of the other crossbreeders just bred a foal from one of my stallions. He is Selle/Lusitano (with Lusty second) and the mare was Vanner/TB (doesn't matter which one is second with the mare). The foal turned out Lusitano because that was the breed listed second (or also known as the breed of the dam of stallion).

Gotta get my second Crio/Selle/KWPN bred today, then it's onto BLUPing my reiners. (Also, side note: three more days to PM me if you're interested in signing up for the crossbreeder Secret Santa!)

Has anyone got any anglo-arabs I could look at? (tb x arab) Thinking about starting a line of them but not sure how the skill sets are.

I got TB/Gypsies. Gypsies are same skillset as Arab, so it would look the same as an Anglo-Arab, if you want me to link.
I'm looking to create another trot monster like this mare. Excuse her really outdated GP; this was 2011 default smiley (lol). Or even a gallop monster. I have a purebred Vanner (this is the Vanner if you need to see him). What would be the best breed to breed the Vanner to once blupped and bolted?

Oh true, they are the same as Gypsies default smiley (lol) Thanksdefault smiley :) I'd just finished blupping a tb x gypsy so it's all good. Time to start breeding.

Would anyone happen to have a 6500+ GP Freisian/TB mare I could breed to my stallion? I'm hoping to start another set of Freisian sport horses.
Arab/TB

Wasn't sure what 1/2 ya wanted, since this one is Arab dominant lol

*cough, cough, help me retire this mare, pick a stud and take the foal*

Meep. Wow, AP talk...

I'm at 2700...I use less than I get. I make maybe 50-70 a day and I don't farm because every horse is valuable to me. If they're not 100 blup breeders/compers, Unis, then they're either pass horses or fillers, or collecting dust awaiting sale. I only use a fair amount on Fri-Sat when comping with a friend, or at the very end of the month for pass horses.

I actually just bred one today. I wasn't planning on BLUPing her cause I don't have the resources, but I could sell her to you.

Sherwood - She's perfect! That would be great, thank you. Let's just hope she won't give me more issue than Autumn did. He was terrible when I tried to get his wins. Of course, now he wants to win in almost every trot and gallop race I enter him in.
I have this KWPN horse that is pretty good (at least by my own standards) but he lacks skill in stamina and trot (because of his breed). I am thinking of crossbreed to improve the baby's skills.
What horse breeds have the best strengths in stamina and trot? And any other tips for crossbreeding?
Thank you for any help or suggestions!
