I just acquired a quarter and paint cross mare. She's four years old and hasn't started a whole lot of training or comps. I was wondering what kind of comps I should put her in and what I should train her in to get her 20 wins. Thanks for the info.

Hey Zanna_Girl, did you see my Hano cross? He has a dressage of 260+!
Doppleganger was both a pleasure and a pain to blup. I put WOY and Arms on him to see if he how well he would do.
He did very well so I gave him a Stone too!default smiley :-)) Number one for Friesian Gallop!

My mouse hand is almost usable again....default smiley (o)

Okay, so I wondered what would happen if I crossed an Eagle Hybrid Angel mare with a Flying Changes stallion. The results were pretty good, I didn't use tears

I decided I wanted an improved galloper, so I put together

[url=http://www.howrse.com/elevage/fiche/?id=9809119]this filly

and

[url=http://www.howrse.com/elevage/fiche/?id=9767730]this foal

The filly has a touch of Paint for speed, but the foal is straight Quarter/Hunter mix. With dressage, speed, and gallop all fairly significant, they should both do well in gallop comps.

default smiley ^)

Whatcha think? Worthwhile or no?
