3 stars in each Should be possible but it wont be a 50/50 combo - Its going to have to be crazy - I worked so hard to get my 2 star's... Like about 12 generations of playing...

After a mad breeding dash today, I've got my first all-starred PONY!! Hooray!
[http://www.howrse.com/elevage/fiche/?id=9709872]Shetland SuperMutt[/url]

I kinda went the long way around to get her. With good enough purebreds parents, you can get a first-gen all-star off a straight Shetland/Friesian cross. But that's going to throw Friesians 50% of the time, of course. (Friesian crosses = love, don't get me wrong: they compete like a dream!) Anyway, I muddled it up a bit to try to get a breeding pair that will always produce SuperMutts that present as Shelties. She's not as good as she could be because good blupping practices were cast aside in the rush to get there, but oh well. She's still pretty nice!

This mix shows something else interesting: a foal's species is determined by their dominant breed, not the species percentage. My filly presents as a pony, even though she is 60.3% horse.
Yup, it is a lot of fiddling and tweaking. No easy shortcuts. The hardest skill to bring up is trot because the other skills go down when trot goes up. I am hoping to get 2 stars in trot in about 2 or 3 generations from Shifting Lights. I have to figure out how to get there from here first though. More time to spend with my spread sheet.default smiley (lol)

That's awesome Eponym!
It isn't as easy as it looks to accomplish a decent all star.

Izy Fizy, I've bred a few of those with this affix default smiley (lol) - 5 Areas ★rd
I'm still going to be breeding those 5/6 ones as I wish to relax on this game and am quite happy with them. Most of the offspring will be up for sale when I start breeding them again default smiley ;)

My horses that I've previously mentioned, all have skills in 5 areas, therefore they have that affix. Might need to change it soon though as the higher GP'd purebreds are on their way to a greenstar in 5 areas. Have no idea what to change it to though default smiley :p
