But sadly that wont be till the end of the year, I am starting 7 december

Ha ha yeah, someone here sent me to that site, and i actually set up an account...but there's the language barrier and for life of me i can't understand a thing ha ha. I did manage to find the page i was told about and the one thing that sent me there, but it was a struggle and the item was out of stock anyway sigh. I haven't been back since.



I do use this site sometimes, and like it! i actually have a couple Schleich from there coming just after Thanksgiving, which is tomorrow here in the states.



First of all, congrats on the new job! I hope the time until your first payment goes fast for you! Waiting is no fun lol. And secondly, i feel you...i wanted more than the two Schleich i am getting, but its all i could get right now as my wallet is flatter than a pancake currently. Probably shouldn't even have gotten those, but one is a limited edition, and that always excites me!

So i was a bit surprised today when my mom told me where she had seen some Breyer stablemates for sale. I thought for a moment she must be mistaken because i never would have thought these two would belong in the same sentence. My American friends will probably be surprised too...she saw them in Dollar General! Needless to say, i went to Dollar General, and in the small toy section was one little hook with a set of six Breyer stablemates...it just says Horse Collection, with no series number or anything. So maybe it was the first set? Anyway, they had exactly one of each of the six, and so now i am the proud owner of the complete set. The deal was greatly sweetened because of the Black Friday sales...every other one was 75% off, meaning less than a dollar a piece! So it was a good score! I don't know if they (Dollar General) are maybe testing the waters with Breyer products, or if they've had them before and i just never even imagined they would. Needless to say, i'll be checking back in the future, especially around the holidays.

If you are from the US (i could be wrong but i don't think Dollar General is international?) you might take a gander at the toy section in a nearby Dollar General, and soon if you want a Black Friday deal!

Ooh I will have to check for them the next time I go just to see if the American dollar general or dollar tree to see if they have any, thank you for letting me know!

Good luck...i think it might be hit and miss, as i tried another nearby Dollar General yesterday and found nothing, not even a rack where they might have been.

Oh I still have more coming in the next few days and found some on black Friday at tractor supply and I found the pura raza stallion and a Texas longhorn bull, but I also forgot that I got a friesian mare in the first order.

Did anyone else find Pura Raza mare difficult to get this year, or was it just me? I did eventually get her thankfully!

The Tractor Supply stores near me haven't seemed to be getting much in, sadly.
