Oh today I made a woven-Mexican-looking-silk-ribbon saddle pad default smiley (lol). I also attempted my first good English bridle! It worked nicely, but I broke it so I need to fix it.

I so far have a beautiful collection including the blue and pink unicorn/pegasi couple
and then of course I have a few figurines from back when there were slight discolorations or breed dubs to some of the figurines.

There was a brown paint with it's foal as a pair in the package, and yet went I went online and looked at the other figures, they were all black and in the same position. I know it was a discoloration because when I looked at the crevices it was blotchy as if the coating wasn't dried on right.

Anyone got a story on discolored figurines? Would be funny to see if the manufacturing isn't always 100%

OOOH yeah. Not exactly discoloration, just bad painting. My Dartmoor mare has extreme overspray all around her mane and tail. If you look at her from behind, it's so weird because the back of her legs are black and the sides are brown default smiley (lol) also her ears are almost completely black. I used to think my Dartmoor mare was a Safari Shetland, and I also wanted her to be a stallion at one point default smiley (lol)

And then there's my Andalusian stallion, whose mane is just awful. There's a painted on streak of hair on a totally flat, not-supposed-to-be-hair place! Then there's other really bad messups on his mane too...

My friends Lusitano has the same overspray problem as my Dartmoor mare, but maybe worse.

So yeah the factory is sometimes kinda lame, but the horses are still adorable!

Also keep that discolored one nice, it may be worth a bunch of money....
By Retired breeder, 18th September 2015 11:44:29
Ya, what breed is it? One of the factory typo TWH mares is soooo expensive! My dartmoor mare had a black jagged streak on the inside of her leg.

By Retired breeder, 19th September 2015 16:49:16
Feedback? On what?
By Retired breeder, 19th September 2015 16:51:17
My mom went to Joann fabrics... It's like 5 minutes from TSC... But she wouldn't have taken me to TSC so I didn't go. Instead I explored the ribbon box and use sheer ribbon to make 2 simple fly masks, and Rick rack to attempt to make a ear net! It was a great idea but the shape isn't quite right. There need to be a smaller dip and a larger bump...
Judging for my show begins now! Feedback and results posted soon!
