[Known Issue] Promotional/Advertisement Videos



HellOw everyone,

You may have noticed that the promotional/advertising videos on the Pass purchase page hasn't been working lately.

The team is aware of this issue and is currently investigating the issue. I'll update this topic as soon as the issue is resolved.

The videos are still available in the Android & iOS Howrse apps.

Wow, I complained to Contact about this a few times ages ago and never got a response. Finally they are acknowledging it.

How come there is nothing in the "Known Issue" about the Croesus' Fortune? That was suppose to be fixed two months ago.

It hadn't worked for me either so I'm glad to know they are fixing. I am playing on my android phone does that make it a android app for me?

Promotional videos just worked for me!! And pretty good rewards, too. Idk if it was just a magical glitch or something, but my sister’s account worked, too!

This is not a problem with the game. When your foals reach 6 months of age they must be boarded in an equestrian center to be but to bed. If you are still confused you can look at the breeders manual for more information or start a new topicdefault smiley :)

I'm glad it's not just a me issue. I was scratching my head trying to turn of adblockers that weren't there, because that was the error code I kept getting.. I use Firefox primarily but I opened Edge too just to see and it doesn't work there either.
It must be a deeply embedded issue if it's taking this long rip
I find it interesting that I brought up this issue recently somewhere. I think it might have been in that player experience survey I got. Makes me kind of wonder if I ended up bringing attention to it or if it was simply a coincidence. Nice to see a post about it.

Perhaps the contact us info is outdated and that's why it wasn't addressed earlier? Just a hunch.

Hi everyone,

Dropping in to let you know that the team hasn't forgotten about this issue and is still working to resolve it. Unfortunately, there was more to the issue than originally expected, leading to a longer investigation and resolution.

I'll update you here with any and all information I receive.
