Finally a post just for us cross breeders. The purpose of this topic is for cross breeders to have a place to discuss their crossbreeding programs and to share crossbreeding secrets and advice with others who may be interested in giving crossbreeding a try. Feel free to talk about your crossbreeding programs and your achievements and failures in crossbreeding.
Please remember to follow the rules of the forum and be informative and helpful. default smiley :-))

Reminder to all.

Please do not advertise sales or items wanted in this topic. I can turn a blind eye to the covers being offered (as long as they are not blatant advertisements) because we are, after all, trying to help each other progress and there is no filter on public covers for searching for crosses, but items sales and items wanted do not belong in any of the public forums and we have a sales forum for horse sales so please, lets keep our topic clean of the ads.

Thanks everyone

There are reasons for rules and everyone is expected to follow them. There will be no posting of advertisements in this topic and everyone is expected to be respectful. Any disrespect towards fellow players or moderators will not be tolerated. Anyone posting advertisements will receive a forum ban without prior warning. If breaking of rules continues to take place in this topic I will delete it.

Thank you
zepharo

If anyone has personal issues with another player, or needs something back from another player(items/passes), other than covers/fills-please take it to private pms...anymore posting here will mean an instant forum ban without a warning.

Edit by pixiesbite

A reminder that this is not the place for trading/buying/selling BMI, horses or advertising or asking for someone to train your horse.
If any of these things occur, you will be forum banned without prior warning.

I just had to take my dogs outside. I've said this before and I'll say it again.
I hate going outside when it's dark.

No idea how many bobcats I've seen standing in my driveway recently. Then my dad saw a coyote the size of a German Shepard. There's also foxes and black bears.
I hate going outside when it's dark! >.<

carrie; Lovely Mustang! I love how relaxed the US's GP is! Her wins are great too!

I used to have an account on there, but I didn't go on for so long it was deleted. default smiley xd Any people on the U.S. version interested in friending me so I can start trying to build my game up on that site?

I just started a new account again today. Thank carrie. I just looked at and 1) it does looks like it's slower moving and therefor less stress to keep up with the rankings (which honestly would be really nice what with all the stress I have on my from just real life) and 2) it looks like it would be fun to work on bringing up the cross breeders there to.

@Rayday, sure, I'll friend you over there, just look me up under the same name with no capital (I'm in the same boat, sort of, made an account with this username when it started up, didn't play very much, it got deleted. when I started back up, i just did it all lowercase). Then you can see my lovely Western boy over there that keeps earning me the fountain every week, he tends to finish top 40 overall (not sure how many compete in every event there, but there are usually right around 1000 per event, and he tends to finish in the top 100 in 4 of the 5 events).

And the horse I mentioned is a cross I bred, mostly stamina based, his grandma was the horse I used for the first Western objectives, inclduing the one where you ahd to finish the cutting comp under a certain time, which was hard over there, because GPs and skills are so much lower (although higher than where this server was, they're higher than when I joined this one shortly after it's second birthday, and US just celebrated the first birthday, you can really feel the changes they made to GP cap).

ok HB, your Friesian-tb is done. I think I wanted to strangle her before she was done - I'm very impatient, so I bolded all her skills while I waited for her to get her wins( she was so very slow). All the top breeding groups seemed to have come out to play today lol.

I knew there was a reason I don't like trading with newer players.

I wish it was as easy to sell really good crosses as it was to sell really good purebreds. However crosses are more fun to breed so I guess it's worth it. I hope to get a really good foal out of Exardescet and one of Twi's cross studs. It will turn out Fjord and that makes me really happy. default smiley :-))default smiley xd Being the right breed is always helpful, and it is also one of the things pure breeders don't have to worry about.default smiley :( Way not fair. default smiley :pdefault smiley :-)) I can't wait till I get her back and breed her though. The foal should be so cool and it will definitely make the rankings.

Oh, I was selling Champion of the Fey (4th in Welsh Stamina) and I arranged to sell him for 10000E and an M. Arms. and the other player didn't realize till after they bought him that they was out of exchange so now we are sitting with him reserved for me in sales and waiting for next week so they can send me the Arms before they starts working with him. I was like great. I've already been trying to sell this horse for nearly a week. I'm not mad at the other player, they just didn't realize it; I'm just kind of frustrated that I'm now waiting even longer and there are other horses I need to work on.
