Finally a post just for us cross breeders. The purpose of this topic is for cross breeders to have a place to discuss their crossbreeding programs and to share crossbreeding secrets and advice with others who may be interested in giving crossbreeding a try. Feel free to talk about your crossbreeding programs and your achievements and failures in crossbreeding.
Please remember to follow the rules of the forum and be informative and helpful. default smiley :-))

*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*/*

Reminder to all.

Please do not advertise sales or items wanted in this topic. I can turn a blind eye to the covers being offered (as long as they are not blatant advertisements) because we are, after all, trying to help each other progress and there is no filter on public covers for searching for crosses, but items sales and items wanted do not belong in any of the public forums and we have a sales forum for horse sales so please, lets keep our topic clean of the ads.

Thanks everyone

There are reasons for rules and everyone is expected to follow them. There will be no posting of advertisements in this topic and everyone is expected to be respectful. Any disrespect towards fellow players or moderators will not be tolerated. Anyone posting advertisements will receive a forum ban without prior warning. If breaking of rules continues to take place in this topic I will delete it.

Thank you
zepharo

If anyone has personal issues with another player, or needs something back from another player(items/passes), other than covers/fills-please take it to private pms...anymore posting here will mean an instant forum ban without a warning.

Edit by pixiesbite

A reminder that this is not the place for trading/buying/selling BMI, horses or advertising or asking for someone to train your horse.
If any of these things occur, you will be forum banned without prior warning.

SL it could be a legaleeze problem. he might not want to be liable for certain things or have people come down on him for employing child labor.

That's weird, around here you can get a job at 16. And yours isn't technically a job...

Xello- Aha, I was told that. I understood that, but still bugged me, so now me and my trainers only solution is for me to lease a horse.... Most likely what im doing. (:

That's basically how it is in motocross. It's illegal to sell a dirt bike to a minor, but people do it anyway and every track has certain breakdowns of age/bike mottos. Like my brother runs in the 13-16 85cc Class. Everyone looks away to the law. There's kids who travel the US and are homeschooled and all they do is race, race, race. They become the pros. My brother qualified to go to Loretta Lynn--the championship racetrack which is in Tennessee. A couple years ago we were all at a racetrack and it was Saturday. Saturday is practice and racing is Sunday. You need to keep in mind my brother is phenomenal; he beat the current #1 "kid" (that make him 2nd?) in the country, Adam Cianciarulo at some barren track in North Carolina. Of course nobody was there. Moving on. So, we were at the track practicing. My brother was jumping I think it was a 100ft double table top on his 85. That is unheard of on an 85. One of his friends decided to try it...
I was back at the RV camper and there were blood curdling screams coming from a man as an ambulance rushed onto the field, paramedics swarming the track. The kid, only like ten years old, had jumped slightly off angle and into the flagger's stand. He was dead almost instantly.
Despite all of the apparent protection, it's just not enough. I can't forget that. The scream from that man was only one of a father who'd lost his son. I knew instantly and didn't need to be told. My dad just looked at my brother, fearing that he'd jump wrong too. Remember when I told y'all a few days ago another friend of mine had snapped both bones in his leg because he jumped wrong?
Nobody wants to be responsible for the injury--or death--of a child...

Twilight- :O That scared me :/

Sea Star- I think you might be able to reserve Lullaby finally. Pretty sure it's been 10 days lol
stallion; It's a lot scarier when you're right there. But we just keep going back to doing motocross. It's a deadly sport, but it's one I'll always love.

Stallion Lover- You take Freddie and I take Topaz and we can just run of into the sunset (:

Twilight- Our ranch owner is a cowboy, and is pretty relaxed when it comes to horses and riding ( trust me lol Stallion is a pretty hard core rider) I think he's just protecting his and her's well being.
By Retired breeder, 7th March 2012 03:03:21
Sea Star- Haha I cant ride my horse with out spurs or a whip. He's the laziest but suprisingly quickest little quarter horse you'll see lol (;

Twilight- Like Barrel Racer said, it's just the law... (;

Barrel Racer- Run off into the sunset, just the way I like it (:
I just wear them because they help Lilt to preform better. I don't even use them.
