Well, some people don't play that way. There are a lot of competitive prix players who save up and splurge on perks, items, privs, divines, etc. for bluping. Nyx being one of them. Divines aren't special to everyone. For some people, some or all divines are a means to an end. Balios isn't special because it's a divine, it's special because it's a divine that gives a Nyx every month (if you bred it). So, ideally, if you're one of those people, even though you know you might have to fill the whole meter for one Balios, you're hoping to luck out. I know it probably sounds ungrateful to be unhappy with one Balios, but that's the perspective some people are coming from. It's nice to have one, but if you've saved up a bunch of passes, then it would be nice to get multiple. It also doesn't help that Howrse has made divines far more saturated than they once were. I don't know how lucky people have gotten though lol. Like, if anyone's gotten more than two in 14kp. Seems like a bunch of people are getting lucky by only needing to open a few TCs for their one! Not me, however.  It's all about luck - fun

After not playing for about a month or two I got on last night and opened up 4 TC, but I luckily got Bailos in the first TC then about 18 fragments each in the other 3

So excited I never try for divines but I opened my TC from the piñata event and won Blue Hypergiant in one go!

Was offered an Embers pack this morning! I had over 900 fragments so I got the smallest pack with 103 fragments and got Embers!

I wish that pack offers didn't cancel out the monthly custom packs, it's been almost two months since I've had one on this server and I'm honestly starting to get really annoyed about it.

I had some fragments over since the Ascent for Seth on my main acc, but I only had 400 passes to spend. Got him on my second try!!! <3 recently I've had problems getting pass level 4 so that was a pleasant surprise...

So, I decided to do some math today regarding Divines.
Going to post this in this topic so I don't lose it and it does relate to luck items. Here we go: There are currently 421 different Divines on Howrse. Let's say we will average 5,000 passes/Divine. 5,000 x 200p (9 times out of 10 they are in the TC or TC) = 2,105,000 passes to get ONE of each Divine. Of course, there are Divines that are reserved to us for 900p each, but also Divines that can go up to 18k to fill the meter. I can vouch that Jupiter cost me 14,000 passes alone to get. I love the challenge to get one of every Divine, but it just puts into perspective how many resources it would take to get one of each. Getting one of each will probably never happen for me because new Divines are constantly being added, and the cost of them just keeps going up. I'm content getting the onesy-twosy I get from the Ascent to Olympus or getting lucky on Black Friday Sales. I don't know, was just curious the math and this is just the tip of the iceburg for it

Clove is 35 frags per TC.

Tried for Clove - 35 fragments per item, after 5 opened nothing good even from BMI and sure no divine too

Clove on my 2nd challenge on my swedish acc with only 200 passes spent!!! Had a staff from Thoth in my inventory. So happy to get her, such a cute divine

1 croesus fortune, 4 aging points, and 50 carrots... from a titan's challenge
 200 passes to get the equivalent of 20 passes. The challenges need to be scaled better to their cost, in my opinion. For what they cost, they're not worth it to try and get these beautiful or cool divines in them.

Howrse, you should name those items "NON-luck items". Sure I have to fill the meter up. Again. Otherwise the shock of actually being lucky may kill me, right?

I opened 3 TC's. Two got to level 5. In the end I received 2 zbolts. Only need one Spice to work on trophies. I guess it won't be this one. It's an ok design, but I like Cinnamon better.
