All well and good putting polls on discord but you are excluding a good chunk of your player base from taking part in discussions and votes.

Please get rid of the obol counter at the top banner thing - I do not play the Ascent - and it annoys me max, that I now haw to enter a round and deliberately choose to loose in like 1-2 draws to get rid of the counter that tells me I either have obols to collect, or that I'm maxed out and do not have room for more.

If I do not the constant unread red mark nags the heck out of me

To clarify this red info circle

If your meter is full you aren't supposed to get obols, so once you get 15 of them you shouldn't see the circle anymore. Annoying for that period, but then it should go away for good.

Sadly it does not go away. It's there every time I log on.
The red circle is only gone for a very short while as other events get focus.
No idea if it's because I open tabs as I play. Might be it.

But seriously it makes me want to scream, it's SO annoying, only way to get rid of the cursed thing is to start the event, deliberately loose ad fast as possible and grab a coin.... rinse and repeat the next day.

Had an idea -- have blocked it - so thats that - totally silly I had to do that to get rid of it

FINALLY we can change EC discipline, for which I am very grateful (and for sure many with me), but it would be great if the comps changed along, they still state classical..

How did you block it ?

I Installed the plugin called uBlock for my browser. I'm using a browser called Vivaldi. Running Windows 11. (But it should work for others as well. Not sure if your using Edge though - I avoid that one like the plague )
You will have to fiddle a little to mark and filter out boxes you want to block. But thank heavens it worked.

Come to think of it it might be worth to test on a browser called Brave as well.

Howrse is the new default horse background here to stay?
I´m sorry but the sand/pink road really clashes with several of the GA only horses

I know we can use a ray as well ofc, but I'm not made of money...or passes
Besides some GA's just used to look SO much better with no ray at all

I'm very displeased with the new app design... It makes it much more difficult to play the game on Mobile. I preferred the old app by a large margin...

this has been suggested more times than can be counted. it's been suggested. I suggested it like a yr ago. you guys don't listen.

Bit of an update on the changing EC specialities. I did it because I didn't want to keep a team of top(ish) horses for the western Grand Prix and another team to keep my EC comps running regularly.

I knew the comps would tank because I had to start them again and have no team members to call on for help running them at a high level. I did not understand the information about the tack although I feared the stock I had would not change. That was the case.

My EC was over 95% prestige. Because of the comps and the benefits when the tack did not change it dropped to 79% which meant I lost use of 1 workshop so less ability to make tack quickly.

By selling my spare classical tack I was able to buy enough western tack to bring me back to 100% comfort but I still have to make over 500 bridles, saddles and saddle cloths to advertise them when I change back to opening to the public again. Penalty of having a large EC with 499 boxes.

My comps after 2 weeks are now at 35%. They were around 80% before the change. They are beginning to run but I still need to start them every couple of days which is hard work.

My EC bonus which was 40 is now 36. Luckily I was able to keep the 60e lessons with my own Grand Prix team.

Overall I am still glad I made the change but I think 400 passes is very steep when compared to the 100 for changing location of the EC which comes with no penalties for the EC owner.

Feedback over for now. I'm off to start my comps - again

Were the new beginner objectives in preprod? Did anyone get a copy of them? Its so much easier to help people if we can see what they are looking at .

The horse's name always appeared first. So I don't understand that change.

I kinda like the simplified rides. I usually don't use them but tried it to see the update. I like it.

Since they mentioned different languages, I expect this is an issue that you've just never encountered. There are some languages that are written in a different way (for instance, Hebrew is written right to left) which cause issues in digital formats that don't account for that - or, sometimes they are accounted for, but it ends up being different from how it would be in English.
