Please put the number of a particular item you have in inventory back on the page where you are choosing how to pay. it is so frustrating to not see how many you have right there.

Absolutely not! That gets rid of their entire concept if we can just buy them whenever we want.
There's a reason we can breed for the coats, the original idea is that you can breed them for more iris coats or get coats periodically from divines or events.
And seeing as 99% of iris sales are dirt cheap anyways, the item just wont sell. They'll most likely put it in sales for aroun 70-95 passes, which the cheapest in sales currently is 19p. It'll be like donkeys and drafts when their unicorn counterparts were put in the game, their sales for foals with all covers dropped to 10p and even then they were hard to sell.

I can agree with the athenas medal and braided tail, seeing as they're nothing but an item to be used as a bonus or as a way to skip comps for blups. But the iris is definitely a no for me. It's not like we don't get them every single event there is

I really can't stand all these new page setups. Howrse claims they're more intuitive and better setup, but they're not in the slightest! We used to be able to tell, at a glance, on the page, how many of the item we had, which form of "payment" was being used and which horse it was going to. These new pages are confusing as heck. You have to scroll all over (up, down, left, right) just to make sure the horse you want to put it on is showing (even then it's not clear). You can't tell which filled in payment dot goes to which type of payment as they're all smushed together. You can't tell what payment is from items in your inventory as it's all just pictures that don't indicate much of anything. You have to open the black market in another tab and go search just to find out how many of the item you have when it used to be right there with the payment selection where it was easy to see and know what type of payment was what. These new pages and changes are so hard to see on a laptop/desktop that it's super hard to play and has ruined my enjoyment of the game. I don't play anywhere near as much as I used to as a result because the fonts are too small to read unless you zoom in the pages which cause the graphics and overall layouts to go off the screen. It's horrible. Why mess with user friendly pages that were terrific, intuitive and perfect, only to make them not intuitive, hard to read and a pain in the rear to use?

Thank you for your feedback on the newest changes! The changes to the Croesus Fortune don't apply to the horses currently equipped with it but that is something that might change in the future. Nothing is set in stone! default smiley ;)

We also hear your feedback about the user interface and the fact you'd like to see the stats of the companions, or the number of items you have in stock before paying. default smiley (ow)

Can't promise that all will change in a hertbeat but I will talk about it with the team default smiley ^)

Please tell your team that they have put many of us at a disadvantage. We have Divines that we work each day and have fully equipped. Now all of a sudden somebody can purchase a new Divine and give him a Croesus Fortune and have the advantage of Grease every day. Why should we, who already have these Divines, be penalized?

I hope the future is soon not two years or two months down the road.

The only thing I'm happy about is now there's a really cheap bonus item available to buy for the objective when it comes up...at least it's a 5 pass gain instead of a 5 pass loss...
Super happy about the Bonus Packs change. I never used mine due to the Ploutos' Parchment item (as it stops the production of horse dung) and is an unremovable item.

I will use the bonus pack WAY more now thanks to this change.

I would like to suggest an improvement. It would be absolutely amazing if we could access our equestrian centers from the app as well. I and several other players I know don't really have access to a computer for the PC version, and when I click on the go to classic option, it's the same set up as the app. I have to log in to my account from a friends computer just to access my equestrian center. If that could be added in under the my office tab, that would be splendid! default smiley :)

It is possible to access your EC from your phone. Just go into your browser and set it to desktop mode. I play solely on my phone in classical mode and I am always using my EC workshops and meadows/greenhouses. And occasionally monitoring/adjusting my competitions.

If you use the 'go to classical' button then it only stays on classical version for a few hours before it reverts to mobile version in your browser. Although I vaguely remember being able to disable that by changing "true" in the url to "false". I've never tried it though. Putting the Web page in desktop mode got rid of the reverting issue too. Although it can occasionally cause issues with other luck items like the companion chest, which can be fixed by using the 'go to classical' button instead of setting the Web page to desktop. Or just opening the item in a new tab (which automatically opens as the mobile version) and accessing the item from there.

Also, I have heard of players getting banned for "multi accounting" just because they access the game from the same pc (like if there's 1 pc in a household where 3 people play the game with their own accounts, but they all access the game from the same pc), so it might not be the best idea to use a friend's pc to access the game if the friend also plays Howrse. If they don't play Howrse then it's probably fine until they make an account of their own and access it with the same pc.

Can I just clarify

Horses can still find the CF items during actions, I don't have to equip my grand prix runners with one to get the ToG bonus?

It isn't retroactive, (not that I often used it) on horses already equipped, neither can these horses have it removed or be 're equipped to take advantage of the ToG?I

Any plans to add an EC on the mobile version? These new updates are cool and all but that's the one update I've been waiting for for a while now.

Was a fan of the Croesus Fortune change until I re-read the announcement and comments here and sorted it out.
I know everyone plays a little different, but for me:
All my competition horses are given CFs, and since the change isn't retroactive to CFs in use (my first misread of the announcement, I thought they were, but now see only the CFs in storage are retroactive) so now all of my competing horses, especially Divine and Immortals, are at a permanent disadvantage to the horses coming up.
I got Longma soley for the possibility of finding Tubs of Grease. He will help a little for the horses stuck with old CFs, but as old horses fall out and new horses are brought up he will only be occasionally a help to some Divines and Immortals, and useless to all the others, including the filler horses used in the Grand Prix as they do not rank high enough to matter how they finish.
Thank you Ow for considering making this to include CFs in use. If not, maybe an objective in a future event that allows us to remove CFs... not ideal but at least the more "important" horses could get out of the old CFs. (will there be a way to tell the old from the new, or will we just have to "keep track in case?")
Is there anything that can be done for Longma and (if any) anyone else that supplies ToG to make them more desirable again?

I do like the Bonus Pack change as, like some others, I don't use them because I have plant horses and can't afford to have my horses give equus instead of droppings. I only have 3 plants and I still can only feed them for the more productive seasons of "spring" and "summer" because even then I am watching my droppings inventory slowly decreasing. So now I can use the Bonus Packs that have been gathering dust in my back room! default smiley ;)

You know how you can put a special coat on a horse and have it replace another special coat? I wonder if you can do that using bonus packs to replace old CFs.. Granted, its a waste of an item, but maybe you could add it to your highest priority horses if it's a big issue? I've never tried it so I don't know if it'll work though.

That said, howrse still needs to correct this. Players shouldn't need to waste items because the developers decided to disadvantage them by not changing all the item mechanics when they changed the item.

The CF is no longer in the Bonus Pack. Why they won't refunded alongside the P Parchment I don't know.

I'm happy to report that we are working on making the Croesus' Fortune fully retroactive in our next update. The idea being that all horses equipped with it before the change will receive the 3 bonus items! default smiley (ow)

Please consider making it possible to disable friend requests; I come on here to get away from almost all social interactions, that includes people sending friend requests when it is stated nowhere that they are accepted. I shouldn't have to put it on my page that I don't feel comfortable with strangers attempting to "friend" me; I highly value my privacy online, to the point that I don't want strangers being able to see when I am online.

We already have an inability to send messages. Friend requests, in turn, belong to the notification category. I think it's easier to just ignore random requests, especially when there are fewer of them than other notifications.
Now, those who have sent you a friend request will not see your activity or any other information until you accept them yourself. Although, if it is the fact of disclosure of information that worries the players, then perhaps you should think about the "invisibility" function. But there is still a question of how to implement this when the date of the last login is written on the main page of the player

That really surprises me since you are very vocal in the forums and you belong to two teams. The easy way is just to state on your page that you don't accept Friend Requests. default smiley (ow)

The teams I am on now have a special connection to me, with the trotters being one I am one of the original members on on my last account, while I joined the connemaras to help my friends, but then stayed on. Both teams are quiet, which is one of the main reasons I stay on them, as I ain't required to communicate daily.

Even when I have had it stated on my page that I don't accept them in big letters, I STILL get them, because people either play on mobile and don't see the presentation, or they just don't read it.

Perhaps I should just stop posting in forums as well, despite the fact I like helping people in public settings and getting involved in the community. PMs and friend requests are just not easy for me due to anxiety, but I don't get that same anxiety when I am in the forums, which is why I hang around them.

Back in the day I use to receive many friend requests every day but for the last few years now, rarely do I get a request, the game has slowed down so much with people joining. However, I don't mind requests. default smiley :)

Did Howrse delete the old "Help with profile pages/presentations" topic? I noticed it was becoming more and more inactive, but they shouldn't have deleted it. I hope they make a new one. It's helpful for graphic designers. I feel like the graphics scene on this site is so dead now.
