I for one am overjoyed about the seal of Apocolypse. Not only am I greatful for a change from the pumpkin but I think the look of its coats are absoloutly amazing! Especially Deaths coat.
While his look might not be my favorite I think that Plague has one of the best abilitys ever! Passing down a black market item to a foal? Yes please!

If I remember correctly the names were changed to their Latin equivalent.
For example "death" is now officially Mortem
And plague/pestilence is pestilentia (I believe, been a while since the prepod XD )
Cool thing about Pestilenia, it translates as: pestilence, Plague, epidemic, disease, pest, canker (so it makes plague/pestilence a moot point :> Plus you can always name the SoA horses to your liking, name your Pestilenia: plague, pestilence, or bubblegum&raindrops, and it still won't matter, right? XD Each to their own c: )

Here's the other Offical SoA names (as they appeared on the prepod) with the translation there of:
bellum
war, campaign, warfare, fight, hostilities, struggle
mortem
death, destruction, deadness, decease, defunction, depart
fames
hunger, famine, starvation, poverty, indigence, poverty of expression

In a weird way making the names Latin gives them a broader use in word meaning (I'm not sure if they use the same names on other servers, but can you imagine the poor Russian, German, (non eng speaking server) being stuck with the English names for them? Latin neatly side stepped that, since I highly doubt we have a Latin server LOL

Personally I'm debating if I'd want to name them the commonly accepted names (death, conflict, ect), the Latin, or things like "The Pale Rider", "The Red Horseman" ect. I like the 5th element & bewitched Pumpkins just because we get to name them, unlike divines XD

Hope I'm not too late, but if things as small as items offend you religiously, there's also karma, too. So unless if you're Hindu, if you were offended on a little customization coat, you would be offended by this, not like credit score or anything. Just a little Point of View in my boots from Texas

There are many things on this site that could offend religious people. Yes, the new BMI may be offensive to some. I've also seen posts from people who are offended by the naming of the current BMI. There was one person who was upset that names of ancient gods were being used in such a trivial manner. There was another that felt that the game was a satanical contraption intended to tear children away from their faith. There are always going to be people who are offended by something that they feel goes against their personal beliefs or culture. As Onimoose pointed out, even karma can be considered offensive. Debating over whether this new BMI is going to be particularly offensive is pointless because nobody can be content with everything.

I hope they will! Religious talk gives me the creeps, seriously.. They should ban religious topics (I think they have actually ) cause certain religions people just dont get on and wont tolerate others and their different opinions.
If certain religious players feel so strongly about certain elements, they can just avoid getting them. There are plenty others to choose from. Should they get something they dislike by accident, there is always the safe haven. Try to avoid releasing a plague in there tough!
