Click to display Took me 25 TCs to get Yoki (filled the meter), with a range of 9 (+18) to 19 (+38) fragments. |
Click to display I got about 10-20 fragments per TC before the multiplier. Took me 22 TCs in total, but that obviously didn't include any fragments from the event. Click to display I was just coming here to say the same thing! Took me the whopping 20 because my luck is basically nonexistent

Here are some calculations that hopefully help people plan out what they'll be getting:
Click to display Time needed for each type: - 8 hours for level 1 - 6 hours for level 2 - 4 hours for level 3 Total duration of event: ~18 days = ~432 hours We should get: - 54 level 1 - 72 level 2 - 108 level 3 Which is equivalent to 630 level 1, given that: 1 level 1 = 1 level 1 1 level 2 = 2 level 1 1 level 3 = 4 level 1 1 level 4 = 8 level 1 1 level 5 = 16 level 1 1 level 6 = 32 level 1 1 level 7 = 64 level 1 1 level 8 = 128 level 1 In application to the prizes: Click to display The value of each of the prizes, in number of level 1s, is shown below along with the combination to get it: Yuki fragment (1+2) = 3 3*** Western Saddle (1+3) = 5 20 Mash (2+3) = 6 200 droppings (1+4) = 9 Ezoshika (2+4) = 10 Apollo's Lyre (3+4) = 12 5 Aging point (1+5) = 17 Lunge (2+5) = 18 Kairos Dial (3+5) = 20 Horseshoe studs (4+5) = 24 Vintage Apple (1+6) = 33 Ow's Helios' Ray (2+6) = 34 Black Orchid (3+6) = 36 Piece of Cloud (4+6) = 40 Helios' Ray (5+6) = 48 Pandora's Box (1+7) = 65 Penguin (2+7) = 66 Aphrodite's Tears (3+7) = 68 Horn of Plenty (4+7) = 72 Water element (5+7) = 80 Bonus Pack (6+7) = 96 Harmony Pack (1+8) = 129 Chronos' Timer (2+8) = 130 100,000 equus (3+8) = 132 Poseidon's Pack (4+8) = 136 Hera's Pack (5+8) = 144 Philosopher's Stone (6+8) = 160 Hestia's Gift (7+8) = 192 Snow monkey (8+8) = 254 |
Click to display Shame, I really dislike the merge events Agreed! This is the third pick your prize type event in a row, and they always end up giving way fewer items overall. Not to mention that those who want the divine end up with hardly any other prizes. I miss mine and cards At least this one looks slightly better than the previous iteration

Here are some calculations that hopefully help people plan out what they'll be getting: In application to the prizes: Click to display The value of each of the prizes, in number of level 1s, is shown below along with the combination to get it: Yuki fragment (1+2) = 3 3*** Western Saddle (1+3) = 5 20 Mash (2+3) = 6 200 droppings (1+4) = 9 Ezoshika (2+4) = 10 Apollo's Lyre (3+4) = 12 5 Aging point (1+5) = 17 Lunge (2+5) = 18 Kairos Dial (3+5) = 20 Horseshoe studs (4+5) = 24 Vintage Apple (1+6) = 33 Ow's Helios' Ray (2+6) = 34 Black Orchid (3+6) = 36 Piece of Cloud (4+6) = 40 Helios' Ray (5+6) = 48 Pandora's Box (1+7) = 65 Penguin (2+7) = 66 Aphrodite's Tears (3+7) = 68 Horn of Plenty (4+7) = 72 Water element (5+7) = 80 Bonus Pack (6+7) = 96 Harmony Pack (1+8) = 129 Chronos' Timer (2+8) = 130 100,000 equus (3+8) = 132 Poseidon's Pack (4+8) = 136 Hera's Pack (5+8) = 144 Philosopher's Stone (6+8) = 160 Hestia's Gift (7+8) = 192 Snow monkey (8+8) = 254 Click to display What do you mean by the 3*** Western Saddle (1+3) = 5 20 Mash (2+3) = 6 200 droppings (1+4) = 9 And so on with the rest. I know that when you say 1+1 you get this prize but was is that end sum supposed to mean? Sorry if I phrased this weird |

I know that when you say 1+1 you get this prize but was is that end sum supposed to mean? Sorry if I phrased this weird Click to display I'm gonna use the Hestia's Gift to explain. Hestia's Gift (7+8) = 192 You get it by combining a level 7 and a level 8. Since a level 7 takes 64 level 1s to make and a level 8 takes 128 level 1s to make, the hestias takes 64+128=192 level 1s to make. |
Click to display The Kitsune Evolution one was my favourite event in the history of events. They took the concept, dropped it, stepped on it, ran over it, drowned it, and then burned it! That snow monkey is super ugly, I wont event be going for it. I'm happy with the prizes and will probably stock up on HOPs and Harmony packs but compared to the Kitsunes this one is just... The divine is cute though!

Concerning new divine

Thank you daae!

Click to display Is Slongvir already on the game? Like, does Ow have him yet? I just wanna look at its page. He doesn't appear to be amongst the mythological horses on the special horses page, so just thought I'd ask.

Click to display So...the prize of 8 fragments in the event, 1000 fragments divided by 8 is 125, which means I would need 125 of both snowflake and snowball to obtain the divine..anybody know if this is possible with spending passes??

Click to display I don't think so. You can't buy snowflakes anymore, you have to wait 8 hours (I think) to get one. And I'm pretty sure there aren't enough hours in the event to get 125 snowflakes.

Click to display Will the Ultimate Christmas pack cost more than $100 USD? I'm trying to figure that out before it rolls around, only to realize I don't have enough to purchase it.
|
I am so excited about Yoki, but since the new thing with fragments, I didn’t try to get any divine in events. What is the best strategy to get the divine cheaper in the merge event ? Thanks.

Please use the spoiler tags.
Click to display Use all your snowflakes for fragments, and then open TCs with the multiplier.

Click to display Will the Ultimate Christmas pack cost more than $100 USD? I'm trying to figure that out before it rolls around, only to realize I don't have enough to purchase it. The ultimate was I believe around $300 USD last year. Olympus was $150
|
$300 USD last year Noooo, 225 US Dollars was the price, if I recall correctly. It was about the equivalent of 185€, which was the actual EU price. 300 is too steep a price to consider
|
So either way, it's well over $100. Dang, not sure if I can afford it now...
|
Yeah, not saying that 225$ or 185€ are cheap eh. They're expensive packs.
