I think everyone got a Japanese divine depending on which one they had the most fragments of. I got Shamisen because I had 50-9 of his fragments from the event. You think so Nalu93? Because if they were giving everyone random divines then Caicias would've been my option because I have 575 of his fragments from my disappointing fleece fail.

I got an offer for some random christmas divine this morning and then it vanished after an hour.

People got Celeris, Caradoc and Apeliotes offers, too. Somebody got an Opal offer and another a Sleipnir offer.
They're randomly chosen within the Divines released lately for which you tried a luck item. Usually one you still need, but I've heard reports of doubles.

& I got Guinevere. Having only very recently returned to the game having not been on since the fragments were a thing I guess I didn't have many that could be offered

I got an Odin offer so no, it wasn't from a particular species - I know someone who had a Croesus offer that would've cost 340 dollars to get

So did I, and it was one I had 0 fragments for so I didn't bother going for it. Buying enough "cheap" packs to get the divine wouldn't have been worth it.

I got a Bonsai offer. He was offered recently in some luck item (I don't remember which item) and I had used up whatever I had in store but didn't get him. I had a little over half the meter full, so buying a pack didn't complete him, but it did give me several good items and I thought it was worth it.

That's interesting, I've mostly been speculating based on my own experience. At the moment I'm only missing 5 divines total on the norwegian server (1 greyfell and 4 sleipnirs). All packs I've received so far this year have offered me the few divines I were missing: the three pastries (never tried any luck items for them earlier), carnivorus (i got the offer like a week before the plant divines were offered in weekend promos ), one of the two greyfells I was missing.
Hence why my impression has been that the divine is always one you already have... unless you have them all, in which case I have no idea what happens

I was actually on this morning, when usually i am almost never on then, and actually got an offer for Tāwhirimātea, who i did not have. I bought the super pack, mostly for the other items, but then i thought i would go check and see how many fragments i had toward that particular divine. I discovered that after having bought the super pack, i was only about 123 or so fragments for obtaining him. I decided, since the basic pack was cheap enough, to buy it and add this divine to my collection. Not overly thrilled about his gift (800x mana = an air element), but at least i'm closer to completing my Maori collection...ive got six out of ten, plus a duplicate Punga. Someday...

I was disappointed that in my packs, i received regular horses (Lusitanos) instead of unicorns, but i do love foundies so its a bummer but not a total loss.

Someone said the packs might offer the BMIs you use the most...I dont think this is true...mine offered Poseidon packs and Bonus Packs, which I dont use very often. I use GAs a lot more than other things! I was hoping for GAs, Harmony Packs, and Nyx Packs, which I also use more often than what I was offered.

I feel a little tricked here, I must say...

It stays for one hour after you logged in for the first time. It cost money and you get extra things. In mine today on top of the fragments I could get 30 days VIP membership, passes, equus, a lipizzan, 5 Poseidon packs, 4 bonus pack & AP - for 20€ - said to be the equivalent of 5500 passes. Don't remember the other pack, but it was less equus, no passes, and AH and something else instead of the packs - for 6€.

Apparently the prices are the same for everyone.

Prices, and I think equus/pass/VIP membership are the same for everyone. The divine and number of fragments are different, as well as the BM items & the foundation horse (some unicorns, some not).

Some packs have Pegasus Membership instead of VIP.

Ah, in real life money you mean . Euro's, not equus. Okay, that makes it different.
Still I would have liked to see it. There was no notification, so if you weren't logged in at the right time, you just miss out.

What are these offers? I hope I haven’t missed mine because I’m solely a mobile player lol it seems if you had lots of fragments on a divine you’d get an offer to finish it? 500 on Karate I think is the farthest one I have.

I got it on US for a divine I had 115 fragments for, so it doesn't seem to be tied to that.
