Hey everyone! Those who've already had Io in their farm for a while, how hard is it to get those two 2nd places everyday? And also, how long did it take you to get to the point where you're getting the 10 passes everyday?
When I work mine, I filter for divine only comps with entrants already, and look for comps with 3 entrants, that I am pretty sure my Io will beat ( look for falabellas, Croesus, and other divines that have fixed, low skill sets ) then enter, and quickly add a high skilled divine like Ocean or one you may have that you can add skills to, like the Seasons, so it is guaranteed to win, and you get second with the Io. It takes a bit of work, but usually means you get the passes. If there are no comps available, I don't then work them.

If you find a comp with 2 worse/ 1 better horses that works too. Just make sure you add a falabella or so.

I don't really know the divine comp situation on the interantional server, but in my experience that works rather well. If there are no good comps available, care for a horse and look again - normally divine comps run/change faster than other comps.

If it is your first divine it is a little harder, since you have to find comps with 3 worse/ 1 better horses than your Io. However, with some patience it still should be possible to get your passes. In that case you should definitively only go the necessary 2 comps and train the rest of the time. At least until you find fitting comps quickly
I dont find it hard to get seconds and just autocomp sj and gallop/ trot default smiley :)

Also if you have both Jupiter and Io, you can do them together on the same competitions, Jupiter just needs to be a bit better.

Thanks everyone for the answers! I eventually got Io last night, and managed to get the passes today, it just takes looking at the other horses and figuring out whether youll get 2nd place or not. It doesn't seem as hard now that I actually have it default smiley :-))

Also it's not my first divine, got a lot more, so I can fill in the comps with another one if needed
Could anyone please tag the chart listing the value of all available prizes in the upcoming tomato battle? I can't seem to find it neither here nor in the other topic-
Thanks in advance!default smiley (y)

Event: Trip

Would you like to go on a trip? Do you prefer mountains, forests, or a desert? Let's check all the available paths! Read more below and click here to start.

 How to play?

Connect different points on the map thanks to your cards. Complete routes and win gifts!

To unlock and complete a road between two points, you need to:

☛ Unlock the type of horse indicated on the route that you want to cross

☛ Possess (and use) the right number of cards indicated on the route (and of the right type of cards)

You can only complete a new road from a route that you have already reached. When you reach a new point on the map, you receive a gift associated with this point (divine fragments or item), or you unlock a new type of card on the special points.

Complete routes until you get the brand-new customization item: Hiking journal!

 Card types

There are five available card types:

Plain Unlocked at the beginning of the event.

Forest Available when you unlock the related horse on a dedicated point of the map.

Desert Available when you unlock the related horse on a dedicated point of the map.

Mountain Available when you unlock the related horse on a dedicated point of the map.

Prize It cannot be used to complete a route. You get a random gift when you click on the card. It can be used whenever you want.

 How to win cards?

You can win cards by using the following methods:

By connecting into the game every day (4 per day), with a bonus for playing 5 days in-a-row (additional 4 cards)

By taking your horses for rides (2x per day)

By entering competitions with your horses (2x per day)

By buying them with passes

⚠ The cards that you receive when you buy them for passes can be of any type, even if you haven't unlocked all horses related yet.

⚠ You will always receive cards from a type that you have already unlocked, unless you buy them with Passes.

 Play again for more!

Once you win all the prizes, you can restart the contest. All the gifts on the map can be won again, but you will have to unlock the horses again. You keep all the cards that you have already bought or won.

 Jackpots

Give your horse the unique appearance from this event with the brand new item: Hiking journal.

Win Culebre, a new divine horse from the series of dragon horses!
You can lead this horse into battle to win a Catrina Brooch.

Throughout the event, you can also find fragments of this new divine horse in Titan's Challenges.

Complete the community goal to enable the fragment multiplier.

And here is my explanation for it
Click to display
It's just one large map that we're working with. Only the "Plain" and prize cards are unlocked right away.

You unlock the ability to utilize the other ones when you reach the horse head icon on the map that matches that card.

You don't click on the cards at the bottom of your screen to use them (except for the Prize card with the "open" button that lets you claim a prize). You have to click on the tiny card icons on the map.

If you have the correct amount of cards indicated, then you can move to that spot.
For example, in the image below, I have one card icon circled in yellow. It's a green icon, with the number 3, which means I need x3 of the green Forest card. I only have 1, so I can't make any movements. I also can't move to the blue 4 card to the left of the horse head because it requires x4 Plain cards, and I have 0 .
Click to display

If you do have the necessary number of the correct card, the card icon will turn sparkly, and when you click it, the icon changes and you must click it again to confirm.

Also, you don't have to follow the route's line on the map exactly to get the prizes you want. For example, if I had x6 of the green forest cards I could actually click the green card icon right above the Fertility Wand (it's located on the very left side of the map) and grab that even though it shows my traveled route as going nowhere near that area. You also don't need to "retrace" your steps to go back and get that.

My own opinion is that this isn't a very engaging event. It's not like the current board game event where you spin a wheel and see your token move, and the token has to follow a direct route to the end. Based on the card number requirements, I've been able to advance only one spot a day if I'm lucky, and it just requires about a click or two to make that move.

Important point!
Click to display
I didn't realize this until the last day on preprod, because the instructions on the event page itself don't make it very clear, but you must unlock a route type in order to start receiving cards for that type from dailies. For example, in the images above, mountain is still locked for me because I haven't yet reached the grey horse head (Mountain) on the map. I just gathered daily cards from login every day from about the point I stopped, and went to use them all on the last day. However, I realized I couldn't finish because I had not received any mountain cards because I had not unlocked it.

Just make sure that if you prefer to just get your dailies every day, and wish to wait until the last few days to actually play and finish, that you at least proceed far enough along the map to unlock all of the card types.

Just logged onto UK
Click to display
and the banner at the top of my page said "lady of the lake pack". Turns out they do notify you when there's a sale. My offer has 4 heras packs and 2 hestias and I don't really breed anything on UK so I can confirm that the packs don't specifically offer the items that you use most.

I got the banner notification too! Mine was a Hipparion pack with the same 4 Hera's packs and 2 Hestias, so maybe each day they come with set BMI? Also the horse was a barb.
My one was a new forest. Maybe they do rotate through offers? So one day it's one offer and the next day it's different? Or is this just coincidence? Maybs they just randomise the horse/species that you can get and the divine. Was yours also on UK? I'll check if I see anything in the forums on UK to see if anyone got something different today.

I forgot how inactive the forums of UK are. I couldn't even find a mention of the sale. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

Mine was on this server today!
Angel Rider2 wrote:

It took me 1 TC I already had, 1 TC I exchanged the day before, and 12 to buy. In one of those there was a new TC in level 5 (I think) so I stopped there. In another I found a Hermes' Winged Staff, so I stopped there too and took another TC for free.
And in a 3rd, there also was a Staff, but I was clicking too fast so I lost it default smiley :o
So, all in all, I had to use 16 TCs if I am counting correctly.
There are an average of about 10 fragments in each TC, which isn't much indeed.

So, good luck!! default smiley (l)

Which comps would recommend if Io is in Western?

Thanks for all the tips above!! My Io only got 3rd and 5th today, so no luck so far default smiley ;)
Maybe I should get him on a few rides around Jupiter first, and gain some skill points!

I'd use Reining and Western Pleasure because they need the same setup (train only stamina and dressage, ignore the rest), but then again I use Classic with the usual trot/gallop/SJ setup (train speed and dressage, ignore the rest). ^^'

It's more about spending equus to swap low ranked UFO's. I don't think you can actually use passes?

I can't give you a figure besides 'a lot'. Since there are only 5 Caradocs to win, and this is a large server, competition is very intense. Probably those in the top places will not be holding on to any prizes.
