Normally a Helios' Ray divine wouldn't really catch my attention, but he is both a Japanese divine, aka my favorite series, and HRs have not been common prizes lately, so would be really beneficially to my collection, especially with the amount of coating I do.

What is Bonsai's drop rate? And what do you think his fragment range will be if he's in fleeces on average?

Mine drops a Ray once a month. I'd venture to guess maybe 30ish fragments per Fleece, but I wouldn't know for sure.

I dont wanna get hopes up or anything, so I will say now I really dont know...but I could see Howrse putting them in the HoPs after having the employees offered last week. From a business point, what better time to do so than right after everyone blew through their HoP stashes last week, and therefore will need to buy more passes to open them? That being said, I still am not holding my breath. But you never know!

is the donkeycorn event time sensitive? And how does it relate to the Great Challenge?

all of the Altair tack has been available in the last round of legendaries?
I know there were some pieces available in January, but neither me nor my fellow norwegians on the NO server can recall if the whole set of tack has been available at the black market in the past year.

I´m only missing the saddle, and I just find it extremely weird that we still haven´t gotten an offer for the rest of the tack (think the last piece was in the black market in january?). It could be that I have missed it, but I also find it weird that so many of the newer top players on my server is only missing a few pieces of tack for their future Altair horse too

I love and want Bonsai so much but everyone is saying it's worthless, he is too expensive just for rays. So I guess I'll wait for black friay again, I want him so bad though.

From the Altair set we’re still missing his polo wraps and saddle. I believe the last piece was offered in March or April, but don’t quote me on that. I hope they’re offered soon-ish because I’d really like to finish him.

Not super important, but I thought it was worth adding that the sheep and the camel companions have been replaced by the grizzly and the kangaroo, respectively.

Sheep and Camel are going to be offered in the next promo, with the camel being Special Key exclusive, so that would have been devalued SPECTACULARLY.

I don't suppose anyone can explain the promo currently being tested? I have heard mention of boards but what does that mean? Do you have to reach a prize and then do a small board to get it?

It's just one large map that we're working with. Only the "Plain" and prize cards are unlocked right away.

You unlock the ability to utilize the other ones when you reach the horse head icon on the map that matches that card.

You don't click on the cards at the bottom of your screen to use them (except for the Prize card with the "open" button that lets you claim a prize). You have to click on the tiny card icons on the map.

If you have the correct amount of cards indicated, then you can move to that spot.
For example, in the image below, I have one card icon circled in yellow. It's a green icon, with the number 3, which means I need x3 of the green Forest card. I only have 1, so I can't make any movements. I also can't move to the blue 4 card to the left of the horse head because it requires x4 Plain cards, and I have 0 .

If you do have the necessary number of the correct card, the card icon will turn sparkly, and when you click it, the icon changes and you must click it again to confirm.

Also, you don't have to follow the route's line on the map exactly to get the prizes you want. For example, if I had x6 of the green forest cards I could actually click the green card icon right above the Fertility Wand (it's located on the very left side of the map) and grab that even though it shows my traveled route as going nowhere near that area. You also don't need to "retrace" your steps to go back and get that.

My own opinion is that this isn't a very engaging event. It's not like the current board game event where you spin a wheel and see your token move, and the token has to follow a direct route to the end. Based on the card number requirements, I've been able to advance only one spot a day if I'm lucky, and it just requires about a click or two to make that move.

It reminds me a bit of the game Ticket to Ride with building train tracks between destinations, looks interesting and I am keen to see how the new event works

I just wanted to remind every Kaktos owner out there, especially those who are very very excited about the new Donkey Unicorns, that Kaktos is NOT YET COMPATIBLE with the Donkey unicorns.
You will have to wait for the first few Donkey Unicorns to be in the game (not released, IN THE GAME) before you use your Kaktos.
That'll probably take around 10 days, so do NOT use your Kaktos until then!

The only people that'll complain about the devaluation of the camel and the sheep are the minority of already rich howrse players that have been around longer and have pets to spare, so I don't get the change. But hey, I'll take a kangaroo over no pet any day.
