What would be a good thing to cross a Morgan with?? I bought a morgan stud and I want to breed him with something, but I can't think of anything...

Well, chickentender, since the Morgans are already a dressage horse you can breed with another dressage horse to strengthen that field or chose a strong breed to strengthen another skill. The Morgans are weak in gallop so maybe Quarter Horse would be a good choice or another gallop horse.

I got a Cross-Bred Fjord into the Overall Fjord elite for Speed. Today she's in the #3 spot! I didn't use any real money for her BM items, either. Passes from Pass horses and horse sales were all I used.

Does anyone want my fjord filly before I list her, she's in my crosszilla tab if you want to take a look.

I finally figured out what my newest cross is going to be!
I know the father is going to be a Morgan, because I want to do Morgan crosses. And I had already bought a high star – high skilled Morgan stud, so I just needed to find out a mother and her breed. Well I need to experiment with a few first, so here are the ones I am going to do.. and the reasons.

Morgan’s top 3 skills: Dressage (90%) Stamina (73%) and Jumping (71%)
So I thought ,why don’t I get something that has the same top 3 skills? And I came up with a few. Not all of them have the same top 3 skills but one of them does, the Canadian horse.

They aren’t in the same order but, canadian horse: Stamina (90%) Dressage (78%) and Jumping (62%)
Then I thought that maybe I should bring up the gallop, like natural horse-woman suggested! So these are the crosses that I am going to try:

Morgan/canadian
morgan/irish hunter (dressage & stamina, gallop is high too, and jumping …okay)
Morgan/Russian don (Jumping is top, then stamina, then dressage)
Morgan/Arabian

Those 4 I’ll try and see which one is best. After that I’ll keep breeding them and see if I can get them into the rankings. Of course!
