Ladies, I have a question.. I'm not sure if this is true or not but, from what I have been told if you cross a Hano and a Irish Hunter, will they excel in CC or ? I am looking for something different compared to purebreds just for the sake of having a nice comp horse.

Bell- My mare who is a Friesian,Hano+Paint is an excellent CC horse as well as her sire was a good CC horse and he is Friesian/Hano. So im not sure......

If youre looking for a nice comp horse, I would be happy to breed one out of my mare.

This is how I do it from start to beginning, depending on breed I sometimes switch things around.

2 lessons daily..always
Train dressage & speed until bar is full
Do all trot rides long and short until no more gain from them
Enter trot races until no more gain from them, then I train trot until fully bolded
Do all gallop rides until finished, then do gallop comps until finished, train gallop until bolded.
Do all steep rides for jumping until finished then I enter jumping until no more gain, then I train show jumping bar. Cross country comps I do last, then once they are done with I train stamina bar. I always do this with my crosses and they end up with tonns of wins. My last crosses I did was Toadie and Razzle Dazzle if you want to check their wins out. I only use them for my barrels now. All other comps are from when they were young and training.
