ok i have a ? for u all. i want to start breeding crossbreds but im not sure what would be good crosses. i was thinking paint x ir, ih x tb or paint x tb. what do u think would be good, i want crosses with good speed stamina and galloping, what do u all think?

MyNameIsPrivatex- "what is best" is a vague sentence in crossbreeding unless you add "for making a hano that is/can..." at the end. What do you want to make out of your hano crosses? As in, do you want an extremely good Jumping hano (crossing with another jumping horse, maybe trying to increase speed and/or dressage while your at it), a hano that can gallop, one that can trot, or is better at cross country?

MyNameIsPrivatex - Like we say to everyone else. You need to focus on a few skills, after that you can choose a horse to cross a hanoverian with. If I were you and you were focusing on a few skills do this:

Jumping - Newfie pony
Galloping - Thoroughbred
Speed - Paint horse/ Appaloosa
Trot - Standardbred
Dressage - Irish hunter/ Frieisian
Stamina - Arabian

Finally I got my first cross back. You have no idea how many times he has switched owners in the past few months. I finally tracked him down again.

You're first cross? Neat chickentender. I can't be for sure what my first cross was.. I think it was some Irish mix. I do know that my first cross that inspired me to dedicate my breeding to crossbreeding was an appendix Tb named Erro. He's in howrse heaven now, RIP. Unfortunately I gelded him, so no offspring. =(

Thanks Rose. He got 5th in a competition that he should have gotten first in. The person who got first have 0 skills in dressage, 10 in speed and 60 in jumping. When Chase has 112 skills in speed, 102 in dressage and then he had 50 in jumping. Now he has 79 skills and is still getting second or fourth to that one horse! And this one horse he loses too all the time. (Not the same horse) But is a cross:

Hm, keep in mind that she has a whole bunch of BM item boosts. Although, there have been times that I have lost to horses when I really shouldn't have.. and vise versa I think, lol.
