Yesterday we were walking and my knee popped and I heard it and felt it. And ever since it's been hurting. I cant bend it too far back without thinking I'm going to pop it again. I have school on Tuesday and I have gym and I don't know how it's going to go... I cant stand straight nor can I hardly walk....

How did it heal? How long did it take? You know when you roll your ankle sort of thing I think that's what I did.... but I want to be able to stand normal and not hunched over....

It took me 2 weeks, but for mine, I fell 3 feet, so ya. I just waited it out. No PE for a while!

Our gym teacher said if you broke an are or hurt an arm then you could run or did or this and if our leg hurt then arm activities like for real?

I think heat for like 20 minutes, ice for 20 minutes , etc is supposed to help.

Anyway, I might enter some shows but maybe not.

Besides my knee I have a cavity that really big on my left tooth and now today I'm getting pain on a right tooth.... great. But I'm not going to tell my parents because I know we can't afford it.

Yeah, it's okay.. But it took like three months for one thing to get here.. I don't reccomend...
