I've seen poeple to spray painting with breyers and it looks awesome!

In alot of schleich barn tours the poeple have these adorable accents, and I sound like a walrus with a sore throat!

I sound worse!


Anyways I got the pinto stallion from my grandma and she didn't know I already had him. I'm desperately trying to trade him for a different horse but yesterday my sister had to rip the tag off of him so we couldn't return him to the store and get a new different one. Sigh.

Pengy, do you mean airbrush? Spraypaint is kinda large, not really suitable for detailing on breyers...

Customize him, J! If you like you could even bend his legs/tail with hot water to make him all your own!

I have like 20 something schleich i think. i really want to customize a dapple though. does anyone have tips for customizing a dapple?

Well... You paint the horse, you take the lighter color and spot it on. I bet using a Q-tip would work well for the round dapples!

Jo, I will and paint the details, just for shading and shadows I'll do the spray paint.

Alright. I have never seen people use spray paint though, just airbrush as that's what breyer uses. (Right?)

I have quite a few Scheich. Most of them are horses, but I do have some wildlife and other things which adds up to around 150+ schleich

Hi guys! Welcome! That's alot! Do you guys collect bayala? No aussie! You are changing to hollow chunks of plastic now? Even my dad, who is a brand creator and owns a business, says that breyers are cheap. I'd rather spend my money on something that lasts! And not something that is a "Collectible" that breaks and sits on a shelf all day, just saying.

I am definetly a loyal schleich fan but, I wouldn't mind a couple of breyers just for a little more diversity. I wouldn't play with them, they are much to big, but one or two on my shelf wouldn't be too bad.

Well, I have a collection to complete! And not a dust one!

I've always been more of a breyer person, but Starry Park Appaloossas shall carry on... On my windowsill anyway, I only had two barns, and the cardboard one was kinda falling apart... And the wooden one didn't have any stall-guards so the horses could just run off
