Ok. If you want to play with Schleich here are some play ideas you could try:

Preparing for a big show/race
Wild horses
Lost horse
Pretend horses are people, so make the houses, blankets, make them have fun events, etc.

Am I the only one who wants this custom mare right now? That, or this person's custom skills? default smiley (lol) Apparently she was made out of the Appaloosa mare with the head of an old Safari Arab.

Oh, and this adorable Falabella family:

Ya, whenever I'm stressed I keep saying yes ma'am to poeple, weirdest thing ever, don't know why!
By Retired breeder, 14th June 2015 10:25:26
I do beloved that's a stallion. I like it, but the left front leg is placed weirdly

Spell check will be the bane of my existence!! Anyway, I did another custom: A grulla mare sort of the same color as the Percheron mare. I'm fond of that color because it was the color of my pony's mom. My pony's pic is in the conformation section. I'm going to music camp today, so I won't get to put modge podge on it until Friday.

My first custom...not great but I love her.
By Retired breeder, 14th June 2015 11:20:08
Gaaah!! It turned out huge!!
By Retired breeder, 14th June 2015 12:14:17
Yah, his left leg just about buckled. Great custom! Today I go back home! Call the way home to my schleich y ' s!

I want some paint or something that will look good if I try to customize my duplicates. any ideas?
By Retired breeder, 14th June 2015 18:37:51
I'm going to make a totilas! You just need the hanoverian mare and put her in hot water to reposition her legs and head then paint!

True, sure you want to try? Bi tried repositioning my second perched on stallion and it took all of the paint off of him and left him with a leg problem.
By Retired breeder, 14th June 2015 20:53:31
Cool! I tried hot water once. It didn't work, and it shrunk the parts of the horse we put in.
By Retired breeder, 14th June 2015 20:57:05
Ya, then when you see all of the customs that are reshaped they are so perfect!
Scratches on the paint wouldn't matter and he would be put on a stand. It's going to look like that totilas one!

The real question is...... how am I going to turn the hanoverian *mare* into totilas Wilhite is a *stallion*?

Use clay to shape it out. I made my stallion into a gelding by shaving it out.
