The Crazy Friday sales!

HellOw everyone!

The Crazy Friday sales will return soon!

There are three different types of Sales:

Direct sales: Different horses will appear throughout the day, but only one of each will be available. The fastest wins the sale! Limited to one purchase every twelve hours.

Auctions: Place the highest bid in Equus to win the divine horse of your dreams! Limited to one purchase every twelve hours.

Reserved sales: Every eight hours, check out a new batch of horses in the Reserved sales tab. These horses will be available to you during this time only, with a limit of one purchase per horse, but you will have the possibility to buy one of each horse offered.

All Crazy Friday sales will be accessible from a separate dedicated hub to prevent any confusion with other sales happening at the same time.

Saffron fragments

With every purchase made during Crazy Friday, you'll earn points that will help fill up a loyalty meter. Reach different levels to get Saffron Fragments.

The sales will start on 2025-11-21 09:00 and will end on 2025-11-24 09:00.

This time matches the time zone chosen on your account.

⚠️ The full program of the sales will be shared when the sales begin.

Good luck,

Prices in directs and reserveds go anywhere from 700 to 5000 passes, depending on the divine. Most are in the 1k-3k range, including some of the good ones. 3k+ isn't very common, with 4k even less so.

Auction prices (which are only in equus) got as high as 65 million for a Taranis on this server last year. Some other servers saw even higher prices. They climb a bit higher each year because it's well anticipated by the community and players save up earlier and earlier.

Auctions: Lots and lots of millions. Hundreds. You might be able to get by okay with about 50 mil towards the end? But to put it in perspective I have 22 million and don't expect to participate. This is equus, just so we're clear; they don't do pass auctions. I think the very cheapest I heard a horse going for last year was 15 million and that's not the standard. Usually it's closer to 50 - 100 minimum.

Directs: Don't know, never seen one. default smiley :) For those you just need a fast internet. I think it's tens of millions, maybe some are a bit cheaper.

Reserveds: Anywhere from a few hundred to about 5k passes. The 5k ones are the highest-end stuff: Solar Systems, Gemstones, etc. Most are a lot less than that. Very cheap compared to full price, but you can only get one of each and you only have 8 hours to do so.

Directs are for passes, just like the Reserves, they do go by incredibly fast though unless you have good internet or it is close enough to the end of the sales for some of the less popular divines to stall out and not get bought right away. Either really expensive ones, or those that don't offer fantastic prizes start to sit for a little bit. But highly sought after divines, don't last more than 1 second in the directs, or at least that's what it seems like.

Reserves are at least something you know you can get, if you have the passes for them. The only thing that could hold you back is if they switch over in at night or during a work day and you miss the 8 hour window that the new set of divines is up. Average cost is probably 2500-3000p per divine, but like it was stated above by Crookedstar, you'll have divines like the pets or chimera for 700p and some of the more popular divines sitting above 4000p. So there is a lot of variance, but usually most people can grab at least one if they plan it right and don't impulse buy before they get to the desired divine.

It also helps to keep in mind with cost whether or not the divine can reproduce. Last year I picked Cascade up, for a not outrageous price, but it was a 2 for one since she can breed and produce Geyser. Which felt like it made the overall cost a lot less crazy.

Crookedstar, that is a **wild** exaggeration. PLENTY of divines went for less than 15 million equus last year.

For instance:

11/22 0400-0500 (all times are my IRL times, which is MST)
Frost 8 million
Lancelot 13.1 million
Libonotus 12.5 million

0500-0600
Etrian 1.1 million
Christmas Ghost 10 million
Rakhsh 14.1 million

1600-1700
Porthos 12.6 million

2300-0000
Cancer 6.3 million

11/23 0400-0500
Sinbad 15 million
Iapyx 10.6 million

Plenty more, as well, I’m just tired of typing this up. As for your claim that most are “50-100 million, minimum”… um, no.

Here are the ~only~ ones I have recorded that reached or exceeded 50million:

Percival 55million
Scandium 53.7 million
Scandium 63.6 million
Osmium 55.3 million
Scandium 51 million
Osmium 50.4 million
Osmium 51.6 million
All of those were prior to noon on 11/23, the prices for the metals (actually, for almost all divines) dropped precipitously after that, I snagged my Scandium for 31.1 million

Obviously, I can’t be constantly watching the auctions ALL weekend long, but when I was awake I was watching the auctions pretty consistently on my mobile device, and I recorded every auction I saw end.

The auctions for ~some~ divines (mostly solars) went insanely high in 2023, but most were in the range of 8-30 million.

If ANYBODY wants the auction prices for a specific divine in 2023 or 2024, lmk, I can see if I recorded any.

I saw divines go for 120mil in the auctions last year. Don't remember which divine it was, but saying that they go for hundreds of millions isn't an exaggeration. It is the upper end of the price bracket.

The average is more towards 30-50mil. Most bidding wars died down towards the 30-40mil bracket.

The cheaper ones are the ones that nobody wants. They go for less than 20mil, but it’s rare. Plus, they go for cheap because nobody wants them... ie they have the worst perks of the lot. Because players usually target divines that don't have an expiry date on their perk and those are mostly chimeras or winds. The ones with expiry dates are simply less desired. That said, I target those ones because they are cheap and I won't waste passes on them. I think i got 3 of them two years ago and the most expensive was about 15mil.

Well this year I've got more passes and more equus than I have ever had. If the Sales turn out the same as last year I will still have all the equus and possibly all the passes unless there is a bargain in reserves that I really need. Oh well - more for everyone else default smiley (lol).

I got my wind divines (Iapyx, Zephyrus) in auctions for I think only 10 million each. The equus prices go crazy for pass droppers and luck item droppers, and of course more coveted divines like seasons and rainbows.

But you can still get some really good divines for cheap prices.

Year before last I got a few divines for 8-10 million.

There were even a few super low ones like 1-2 million. So there's lot for everyone, you don't have to have lots of equus to participate!

Every time I was watching them they were all going for 40 or 50 million or so. Probably closer to 40 than what I remember, but it was happening. Some were less, but that was just what I noted down so I could have a rough estimate of where I'd need to be if I wanted to participate, also admit I wasn't watching every single auction though. I had around 18 million last year and every time I tried it was was shut out by several tens of millions.

I was also considering that people reported last year that the prices had jumped a lot because everyone saved up tons, so I was just going under the assumption that they'd do the same this year (which if the average last year was 30-40 mil, it'll be around 50 mil this time)

Maybe I'll be way off, but I mostly was going under the assumption that if you don't have a lot of equus you're likely to be pretty disappointed, which I remember many players being the last time, with some people having 10-20 mil saved and still struggling.

My game plan for this is using the auction for less in demand divines, while directs will be to go for the more in demand divines that end up there. If I target the cheaper divines in auctions, I might be able to stretch my equus budget to two, maybe even three divines if I am picky with the way I bid. I'm also going to avoid auctions until Saturday to observe. Of course, this would change if I saw a divine I wanted and it wasn't climbing that much on Friday. I have money put to the side for 31000 passes, but I might cut into the end of year packs budget if there ends up being more divines that I want. Expensive, but this years focus is buying divines that will benefit my game going forward and helping save for future sales.

I remember last year it was best to participate on the last day. As many people had already bought their favorite divines and the sales were much calmer. I got one of my wind divines (Notus) for under 10m Equus in auction.

I wonder roughly what the Spices will cost. Anybody remember what the Metals sold for last year? I would take a guess that maybe they are somewhat close to that cost based on the number of passes they all drop.

There are at least 9 I will get without question, with there being several more I will consider if the price is decent. default smiley (y) I need to be a bit picky with those, as several confirmed divines I am interested in are going to be outside of the reserves.
