Poll

Prizes 2/5
The prizes were very meh. Only two things that were very helpful to me, everything else is going to sit in my inventory for some time. For another event I wouldn't rate it as low, but the last few times this event came around we got Archimedes, Ban'ei horses, and a new unicorn. That wasn't even the 'old' version of this event this was just last time! The grand prize isn't anything special. A new bonus item is only helpful for people who are competitive and considering they removed our rosette trophy I have no real reason to breed competitively. Kind of mixed signals here.

Art3/5
It wasn't bad. It was just the exact same art as always, not that there's anything necessarily wrong with that since the new divines have been so pretty lately (except sparks, not a fan of him) it just gets boring after a while is all.

My favorite event out of all of them. Prizes were okay. I'd like to see more high end BMI like Morpheus Arms and Nyx pks as prizes. But hey, free is free and that's great. These are things I can use. Over all I enjoy playing this event.

Prizes weren't phenomenal for the amount of time you spent to complete each series to obtain the prize.

My main criticism is the grand prize.

Make the grand prize a divine or something worthy of our time participating in contests.

I mention this every time I complete a survey. Please give out daily UFO's that are related to the current event.

If you could win one life for example per day for this contest, it would be great!

Fairly pleased with the event, overall.

I didn't go all out making grids to remind myself what was on the boards, just went by memory alone (and my memory isn't the bestdefault smiley xd), so didn't finish, and didn't care about missing out on the grand prize.

The prizes I received were respectable (especially as I didn't spend passes on the event) and the event wasn't labor intensive. I particularly liked that you didn't NEED to play the event every day, if you didn't have the time for it. You could simply log in and play your game as usual, let your "lives" accumulate and play when it was more convenient....no having to play every (X) hours/days.

Easily finished with no passes spent with just a little note taking along the way. Prizes were okay. Not going to complain about getting free things. Heracles horse shoe was an unnecessary addition to the game, but now will be one more item needing to be stacked on prix horses.

The only issue I had was I played litterly every day, and I still couldn't finish It on time, I was on the last level, but I had to spend a lot of passes to get there, even if it was just a day or two longer a lot more people could probably complete it

Meh. Prizes were decent, I was off by one life to get the Hera's Pack at the end but didn't bother spending the passes.

To me the memory event used to be fun because we'd get a new unicorn breed and/or horse breed. That's like... what I think of when I hear the memory event.

This rendition was kind of boring. Nothing special about it.

Art was nice!

default smiley (n) I didn't even bother to participate in this event. The prizes were not worth the hassle of keeping track of the puzzles each day. The Memory events are notoriously time-consuming and the payoff just wasn't worth it. Better luck next time, Howrse! default smiley (n)

I am very disappointed that I never seem to be able to actually finish any of these game/events. Even more sad that I never actually win any kind of horse prize.

Finished the event yesterday. Early on I tried to do 2 or 3 puzzles each day. This allowed me to do one puzzle each day towards the end. Took two days to get lives to finish the last. I do like free stuff but feel that the last puzzle should have had a better prize. (Yay, another thing to pile on your skiller.) No passes spent.

I like all the free stuff I got. I even mamaged to trade some of the won BMI for 4 bunch of Bonus Packs and 1 Hera Pack this morning. So I am happy, it also didn't take much time to play.

Prizes were a disappointment with only a couple I actually wanted; usually the saving grace in these for me in the new breed or unicorn. If I hadn't wanted the fragments I probably would've skipped the whole thing. That said I went through it in 3 sessions. Maybe 4. So easy to progress through.

I enjoy this event and find it somewhat easy to get through; however, the prizes were not nearly as good as they've been in the past and it was pretty disappointing. We need more items to win that you can't just go get on a normal day.

I'm pretty sure I played every day, MAYBE missed one day. However, I still was 2 or 3 levels away from finishing. Additionally, between this event, daily objectives, and getting the Horn of Plenty both weeks during this event I still fell short of getting enough fragments for Sparks. Like others have said, the prizes in this event were lacking a bit, and the fact it doesn't even give you enough fragments to get the divine (I assume, like I said I didn't finish) feels like its not worth the grind for most players.

I am enjoying events that I can finish - as long as you log in and spend the time --that wasn't true in the beginning of the game - seemed then, if you missed it by 5 minutes - well, you were already done.

gifts are alright

thankful that for this year -- that purple hat with white strip and the white hat with purple strip were not in the game -- only the purple strip hat --- that always confused me in past games !!

I didn't uses passes during the game and I finished Sunday, and without effort

I did use the 1000 bonus click for passes

It's was okay I liked some of the pictures.

However when I first matched the water trough I thought it was a prize only to discover that it was just a tile to match. That disappointed me.

I enjoyed be able to finish this event, but it's not like the end prize was anything special. I might use them, might not. I'd love to see better prizes.
Otherwise it's a fun contest, I was able to finish using just a few passes. I was very happy to see that one of the items to help aid in progression was able to be used by spending equus and not passes. We need more items to help non pass buyers like that.

Overall 7/10

I could probably have waited until today to finish but wanted to do other things this morning so spent a few passes yesterday to get to the end. I'm not unhappy with the prizes, even the horseshoes that some aren't keen on. They won't help my horses beat the top ones as they'll have the horseshoes too but may help them get rosettes. As someone else said, free things are free and always useful to have in hand.

I'm happy the Grand Prize was a bonus item instead of another customization item or companion as those are getting very old at this point. However I'm not sure why it was Gallop-only instead of being more versatile? Personally I would have been THRILLED to see an item like this where players can pick and choose what discipline they want the skills applied to.

I know horseshoe studs work this way to an extent but I mean for 3 or more skills, or maybe like the Heracles Shoe works but you can pick any competition type instead of only Gallop. It made the item very limited. I know Thoroughbreds are the most popular breed and highest-skilled on the game, and are the Prix breed, but that doesn't mean everyone breeds only them, or wants to. Having a Grand Prize item limited to one breed is pretty disappointing, even if the concept is good in theory.

I liked it but it was difficult to finish. I used up passes to help myself and it stole my passes and it ended before I could use them. Not fair
I also didn't like that you couldn't reload your lives before one whole day.

This is one of my favorite events but PLEASE make it longer and make it easier to earn lives! I don't buy passes so it takes me a few days to earn 90 passes with objectives. It would be awesome to earn passes with actions with our horses, like winning comps or earning a certain amount of skills or something (I understand it can't be something simple like putting one horse to bed but maybe 10 horses or something?) And yes more BM prizes!

I really liked this event. The prizes were, from my point of view, pretty good. I just wish that the card-flipping-over took a shorter amount of time. Right now, I click on a card and have to wait a few long seconds before it displays the image.
Otherwise, great event.
