If it is permanent, what use is the divine Longma now? Her perk is, after all, a 100% to find a ToG when her bonus triggers.

It's permanent if you give your horse the Croesus Fortune, for the rest of your horses that don't have that item it's not permanent so they can still find it and lose it after a few days. So I guess Longma's perk is still good for that.

Do you have 161 bonus packs? They removed them from the packs and gave us the parchment in inventory

Yes, if fact, I do and thank you for explaining.

Now I have 485 Ploutos' Parchment. default smiley (lol) I'll never have to worry about donating a item for the events again.....

Can we still find comb, hoof pick and grease by doing missions? Or are we forced to buy/use a Croesus Fortune to get the first 2 items? Does this also make Longma useless?

I'm not happy with all the changes personally. It was frustrating sometimes trying to get ToG but I liked the fact of finding these items randomly.

As for the Bonus pack and Croesus Fortune I never use them so they'll still sit collecting dust. Or I'll set up a new UFO on my page.

Yes you can still find these items doing missions, don't worry about that !

It works the same as always. It is only permanent via the Croesus Fortune. It's still the same old temporary item when found in the box, either 'naturally' or thanks to Longma default smiley :)

So, just to be clear, now there is a tub of grease in the Croesus' Fortune....but horses that currently have a Croesus' Fortune won't get a permanent tub of grease unless one is found OR I give it a new Croesus' Fortune?

Hey Ow, since you are here, they should give us the option to remove the Parchment from horses or Divines we don't want it on. At least for a few weeks.

I've always loved the Croesus Fortune. I love them even more now! default smiley :d *does a little happy dance*

And nice one on the Bonus Pack. Since we got the divines that have to be fed droppings, I stopped using the Parchments for anything other than trading. Ditto the Bonus Packs. Now that they no longer contain the Parchment, I can use those packs again on my horses default smiley :d

Having the Tub of Grease as a permanent item on any horse with a Croesus Fortune is very nice, especially when using a Grand Prix-type horse as a rosette earner for the trophies (needs at least 225 rosettes for the maximum trophies). I always give those horses a CF, so no I won't have to count the 'cycles' any more so they have matching ToG and Falabella bonus on the same days, because it will be automatic default smiley <:o)

Particularly useful for horses with a shaman coat as it could be so difficult to get the bonuses to coincide.

It seems the changes are not retroactive on horses who already have the Croesus Fortune. I just had to find a Tub of Grease in the box for my no.2 show jumper who has had a CF since he was a foal.

So, does the c. fortune still double the chance of finding treats? If so, why are they treating having the hoof pick / comb / tub in the bonus pack as equivalent? It seems like we'd have to either separately buy the fortune for just that effect or not have it for horses with the bonus pack. I doubt many will separately get it for that alone, so why not just leave it in the bonus pack in the first place?

For the pack page updates, and all the updates of black market pages, please please please add a counter of how many were in inventory. Pack pages were the last good page that told us that information without having to go search for them in our inventory to find it, and now that's gone too. default smiley :(

Yes it still does. There was a slight panic from some players on preprod that thought it didn't do that anymore, but it was confirmed that it still does double the chances of finding treats, it just now also offers the hoof pick, comb, and tub.

That's one of the things I miss too on the updated pages. I like to know how many of an item I have before I use one.

So, I just checked and from what I can tell:

Horses who currently have a C. Fortune have not been updated with a tub of grease.
Said horses do not have the option to remove the outdated C. Fortune.
Said horses do not have the option to give a C. Fortune because they already have one.

In conclusion to found information, basically any horse equipped with a C. Fortune prior to the update is not able to benefit from a permanent Tup of Grease and will only benefit when it is found as it always has been.

So new questions: Will the option to remove C. Fortunes that do not have the benefit be a possibility even for a limited time? Or Will current horses who have C. Fortunes be updated to have it included? Or are we just out of luck in this case and will forever have to find them the old-fashioned way with previously equipped horses?

p.s. Thanks Dr. Zig for looking as well, just saw your post.

Soo did I get this right? We've been refunded for the Plutos' parchments that are no longer included in the bonus pack, but not for the Croesus' fortune (which was also previously included... )

Croesus' fortune now give comb, hoof pick and tub of grease. Those items are given with the bonus pack and not the Croesus' fortune itself.

I now have 618. Sure would be nice to have a way to get rid of unwanted BMIs in bulk. I'd gladly give 25 parchment for a Nyx. default smiley (lol)

I think if your howrse already has a Croesus' fortune, they should receive the permanent Tub of Grease.

If you want to remove a Ploutos' Parchment off a howrse, it should be allowed.
