Had this problem couple times. Have you checked if the message is too long? There is no notification in this case. Also Howrse doesn’t like a lot of emojis in messages. There is also no notification for this.

Since this was where a lot of the conversation about the “rebalancing” of Ascent has been, I thought I’d come here to mention that I have written an open letter to Howrse about the changes to Ascent in the Ascent of Olympus forums. This letter has been months in planning, includes a truly ridiculous amount of stats, and even without 5+ pages of statistics is almost 9 pages in length in the word document where I’ve been writing it for weeks.

I hope you all will come read it, and add any feedback or discussion you feel is useful there.

Even if you just want to skim it, that’s fine, I’ve done my best to break my points down into an Internet-Friendly Numbered List, and done my best to keep my conclusions as clearly labeled, and as short and pithy as I can. Despite being somewhat inclined towards yappin’.

An Open Letter about the New Ascent

THANK YOU! And you know I hate everything, so... Yeah, this is a thing I wish we'd had quite a while back, and which I will definitely find truly helpful.

"This improvement, which was suggested by your ambassadors" Um no. It's been suggested by most of the players for years. That's like a new employee suggesting something and the company owner only listening if the manager makes the same suggestion.

Is anyone else completely unable to access the changelog? It just brings me to a blank page every time.

We don't know, and players cannot fix it. A mod posted over in Game Play that Admin know, so they or the game devs are almost certainly working to fix it.

Oh, I agree. It should have been around ages ago. Still, now that it finally *is* here, I'm going to be happyish and enjoy it. But I do agree with you.

It's now working for me. I am happy with the ascent changes, but not with the extra delay. Will it still run for 21 days this round or are we losing a day because it starts on a Wednesday? It's already really difficult in the time that we have, so I hope that we aren't getting more time cut off of it.
