Both. But, really, don’t get too hype. Unless you are a really wealthy players - in the game - with millions equus at your disposal or have a terrific internet connection, you’ll end up with…whatever you manage to grab. Seriously some flash sell are so fast you have a quarter of second to react. Also some divine can be mew. We had way too much pattisery horse last year, in my opinion. Three years ago the Nordics were cool though. And you are limited - one every 12 hours or something like that ? It’s a three day long events. Luck item are perfectly fine in my book with a little strategy and patience.

Black Friday has divines in flash sales (like the Cards). Direct sale divines go for passes, auctions go for equus. Many of the direct sale divines are decently priced, but you have to be fastest to buy it when it goes up. It's not available to everyone

I do wonder about the Black Friday «promo». With luck item we got BMI. Epona costed me 2500 passes but I got 4 MA, 2 HOP - one giving me a rain divine - and too many Achilles heels. If you substrate the value of these items, honestly, Black Friday isn’t that advantageous. Can’t even really choose your divine. I still participate, it’s still nice. A thought for the poor mods during this event.

Ty lee : the most important thing for the flash sale is the quality of your internet collection. You better have 5 G and live in a very well connected zone.

The Black Friday sales compared to Card sales is like comparing the Kentucky Derby to an allowance race. That's the best comparison I can think of

Most divines go instantly, and players with a slightly off connection won't see them because someone else buys it it too quickly.

Personally, I'm saving equus to go for auctions this year. I had enough passes saved for 3 divines but was just too slow in my clicks to buy any in directs last year

Ty lee : it’s worth. As you can see, some players are very, very serious about it. Competition is fierce. You’ll get a divine, I am sure, but maybe not your first choice. They are priced around 1000 passes - approximately. You have to wait for the one you want sometimes hours because you can just see the next one proposed and not further down the line. And be insanely fast. You get a quarter second. I have good internet connection, I live in a capital and it’s very difficult. Also they mix up fragments from «a new divine» between the divines proposed so each years many, many players, very tired and stressed, misclick and end up with useless fragments for a divine they don’t want. Then they have to wait twelve hours to try again. I was very lucky, I went for Ràn and ended up with Carnival by accident. Catastrophe adverted. Once more, it’s not a bad event. But way overrated. Really, it’s fun if you don’t take it too seriously. You can walk away with two if you set your sight on not too valuable divine.

Watching the auctions go for hundreds of millions over the most coveted divines is very entertaining. And then there is missing out on the divine you want in direct sales 6 times I love the Black Friday events and hoard passes and enough equus all year

haha ah that does sound fun to watch missing out on the one you wanted sounds like something that would happen here because i have no attention span longer than 2 mins
