The Christmas promo is super pass heavy due to the ridiculously low chances of getting those really rare decorations, not to mention the sudden increase of difficulty in getting Balios because originally it was apparently 'a bug' that it was super difficult anyway.

Plus a lot of us will be spending a lot of real money on the Christmas packs, possibly over 100 dollars/euros/pounds. Not to mention the people who will buy extra regular pass packs just because it's Christmas...

either didn't bother to say OR there were not enough people opening the Calendar to get results.

I found a few Divines that COULD be from the Advent Calendar based on their date - but they are the same Divines that one can also find in the Tree Decorating promo...so it's impossible to know if they are from the AC or TC side.

Will a new breed be introduced in the tree gathering promo?

Don't count out the possibility of getting a Divine yet.

It is only Balios' Tree that was changed - the other Four trees (Snow, Frost, Winter, and Sagittarius) are still remaining the same.

So while you might not be able to get the Divine you want the most (Balios) - you might still be able to get one of the other Divines for cheap. (I Still come out to needing anywhere between 5 to 10 passes depending on one's luck with winning and hoarding decorations for getting any Divine except Balios.)

In addition - the Admins have been reading over our suggestions (ex. adding more ways to get the rare decorations) - so it is highly possible that they will listen and add in more ways to get decorations (or change the rarity of them).

True, the other Divines are not as desirable (though other than Snow, they do have some perk to owning them) but in my opinion...a Divine is a Divine - no matter how useless.

Anyhow - that's just my thoughts on it.

I'm really skeptical whether they'll really make those decorations easier to get. By this point, it seems to me that they're so money-greedy that they'll just listen to our complaints, say that 'oh we'll discuss and MAYBE add something' but they won't actually do it. Plus it was a real kick in the face that an already hard-to-get tree was made like 10x harder to get. If that was a bug then how come it took them like over a week to notice it?

I will try to remain optimistic, but lemme tell you I am looking forward to this tree decorating promo a whole bunch less now. And I was over the moon when I fist found out about it and started testing.

So this means they will be released around December 24th/25th first - and then again around Dec 30th/31st.

But again - that is assuming they follow the trend of year's past.

So more less how many passes and horns of plenty will I need to get the balios tree??

You need 5 passes to bring the tree back instantly.
Assuming you get 1 Super Rare decoration each time you open a HOP - and it is the one you need...that's a minimum of 26 HOPs right there. But again - that's dependent on getting exactly what you need.

For Balios - you are probably looking at a range between 20 to 50+ passes/hops depending on your luck of getting decorations that you need.

Keep in mind though - the above figure does NOT include decorations won from other means...
