I'm not sure how I feel about boxes and meadows going away for horses (provided I understood that correctly) because they're such an important part of real horse care. I don't know. I do enjoy changes because it adds variety to the game! default smiley :)

I love the update coming up on Monday, and I think most of the future updates (and past ones too) are amazing! They add some spice to the game! Before, Howrse was getting pretty boring as I was essentially repeating actions over and over and over again every day, and that became too tedious a task. I ended up quitting for a few months. Now I'm back on and have played around with past changes (and read about ones to come) and I think it is brilliant!

All the new changes really make the game more interesting! It holds my attention longer and keeps me wanting to play more often, and I think that is what the new updates will also do. And change, in my opinion, is good to freshen things up, too make things less dull than they were before, and that is why I can't wait until the new updates!!default smiley :-))

That is also why I love the Great Challenge and all the promos, because they have you doing different objectives to earn cool stuff! It gives a twist to the regular day-to -day workings of the game, which keeps it fun and entertaining!

Anybody else feel the same?default smiley (y)

Well, thanks for reading all of that!
Happy Howrsing!default smiley :)

These actions have been removed to make things more streamlined - though I suppose you can still imagine that these actions are there because:

EC's with high meadow prestige can provide free fodder (which means you don't lose any of your inventory, and they lose none of theirs) - so I suppose you can imagine that this free fodder is taken by your horse being in the Meadow.

As for boxes - since the Water Trough has been added, I suppose you can think of Watering your horse as putting him in the box to drink

Woow, the new divine looks awesome! Hope she does something cool. I wish I started playing earlier so I could actually complete the mythological divine set.

Not sure if anyone has asked this but what EC location would be best for growing crops after the update? I just use my EC for crops so I doubt the update will really affect that but I just wanted to ask default smiley (lol)

All ECs still grow crops as normal - the location has no effect on this.

All the location affects is what resource your Missions will bring in, and while ones you'll need to buy from the store

Anybody know anything else about the new divine? She is quite elegant, and I would love to try for her - that is, if she's in HoPs.

The only other piece of information we have is:

It seems she will be the next Great Challenge Divine. Since we just had Midas in the HOPs for it - she will probably be in the Titan's Challenge as the GC switches between these two items

I'm sorry, but imaging doesn't do it for me. I do not want these actions taken away as it takes away a realistic part of the game.

So I'm thinking of upgrading my tack for 2** to 3**. Would it be best/cheaper to do it now before the update or wait until after?

From what I've heard, the Equus value of almost everything is going down, unless you're going to make them from resources, not just buy, I would wait.

I know it was posted as to what you could make with each resource but I cant remember now..

can someone remind me? I know forest is wood, iron is moutains and beach is sand, cows leather.. BUT what can we make with those difference things????
So apparently the lessons/missions will bring in resources or equus to the EC director, but not the horse's owner? Not sure how I like that. default smiley (o)

I've a question about the EC tutorial. Not sure if anyone can answer it, but anyway.

So they said there will be a tutorial when you first start your EC now. That's for people who make an EC, yeah? But what about us who already have an EC? Do we get to see the tutorial? Or do we just have to muddle along?

They will bring stuff in to the owner, if what the timeline states is correct.

Not true.

If your horse does a mission in someone else's EC they ( the EC) will get the resource indicated. The owner of that horse meaning you will get the equs involved ( whatever the lesson price is).

If the horse is in your EC then you get both.

Are the season divines coming in the HOP or on the reserved sales?
How do you know that 'She' will be in GC?
Because on test server there isn't any new divine and GC.

Isis is definitely a female per Egyptian Mythology, so I don't see the reason for her gender to be in quotations. Honestly, we could be guessing, but since that's how many new divines are being introduced, it's likely that it will be a GC. But if it's through a promo, that'd be awesome too because if she was a GC divine, she'd be in TCs which are a pain in my opinion.
