The new bmi, which shall not be named, seems like a horrible idea for kids. I play howrse to escape real life for a little while. I was debating becoming a pass buyer or not. Now it is clear. Howrse will *never ever ever* see a penny of mine for this item or otherwise.

I mean....CHILDren play this game. You could at least use their Latin names or SOMEthing.

I'm not against the idea of a new item or anything. It's the topic that makes me mad.

I think a few pages back it said something about the names *might *be changed or in a different language ..I cant remember what page of who but i did see it some were .....



Plus i have seen worst some the GA coat are scarier then the names of these coats and the coats them selves ..I like them something different..This is a game and Howrse will do what it wants wether You like it Or not ...Its not like Howrse is going to miss people if they quit over this people said they would quit of the coat change and ..it is happened ..Ok see yall later default smiley :)

Children see Death War famine and Ilness on the news and TV every day. Ebola is around at the moment that's Death and Illness ( or plague but same difference really) ...war happens everyday it's also featured on the news every day. You can see adverts of starving children ON this website .
At the end of the day you can't shelter children forever . They will have to know what death famine sickness and war are or they will never survive in this world these days. I found out about these as a very very small child and as far as I know I'm fine...
I see where you are coming from but personally I disagee. I think the more exposure to these things for children the better.. And starting with fantasy horses in my opinion is not a bad thing .... These are far worse GAs out these ( not art wise I mean as in gore..)
If they had blood all over them I would completely agree but they are a harmless but of fun ^_^


Oh and as a ACTUAL spoiler default smiley (lol)

I saw a picture of death on another server. I think they have got rid of the smoke around his legs ! default smiley :) In my opinion it looks better ! default smiley :)

Because children should not be confronted with the scary things that are possible in this world.

That is why, instead, children are traditionally told stories about step-mothers doing their best to oppress or kill their step-daughters and fathers being talked into abandoning their children in forests where cannibalistic witches live ...

Everywhere in USA and a few other countries where they started to celebrate Halloween, you see skeletons at the doors, ghosts at the windows, children dressed as serial killers, zombies and a lot of things like that and you complain about this BMI? These 4 coats?

Take a look at the coats already on the site, that YOU voted for...some of them represent things much more creepy than the four horsemen...

I will never understand why some people are so against it...I personally love it! Can't wait to have it on the server!

People, please stop arguing about the bmi item! And, actually, Svengali is right. I have seen some *very* scary GA coats- way scarier than these new horses with like bones and blood and stuff. Everyday, children see these things on the news. I know some kids at my school who watch R rated movies. Children play violent video games and fight with one another. I think all that is far worse than a few horses on an online game. The real world stuff is the stuff that's frightening. If you don't like the horses, don't buy them! You won't always agree with stuff that other people like or choose, and sure you can write a comment, but it's not really a big deal. Some people like the new coats, some don't. There are lots of bad things in the world, yes, but there are lot of good things and wonderful things are possible.

So If I were you guys- I would try make a difference in the real world about these things instead of getting upset about a few horses. You can make a difference after all .Every time you are kind to someone or go out of your way to help someone, you ARE making a difference to stop those bad things! default smiley :) Just saying!

Blueski, not many children I know watch the news. I'm 12 years old and I've never seen it and neither have any of my friends, it's quite boring haha. And not all children watch R rated films, I know I never have.

So are you telling me children don't see the huge aisles of Halloween products in stores? There is many costumes and decorations that are far more graphic than these four horses. People are exposed to far more violent things almost everyday on tv, movies etc. If you or any other child cannot handle these things on a game as horses than they are going to be in for a difficult time when they have to deal with any of these things in real life. These things happen everyday. Can't people accept that outside their bright center of the universe not everything is sunshine and roses? If the do follow through with Latin names it still won't change much. Anyone could easily figure out the meanings.

As said above there is also more graphic GA coats.

Honestly no one cares if you spend money here or not. howrse losing a "potential" pass buyer doesn't effect anything.

Changing the subject back, one thing I'm not too thrilled about with the new EC changes is the Tack. I don't want to go spending money for tack nor the energy to get materials and make them just to see them go with the horse. As some one mentioned before, though I don't remember where, it'll cost 700e just for the bridle and saddle alone; when we have our ECs set to a minimum of 3 days at 20e/day, you're already out 100e unless that person extends their stay. But why do that when they can just go to an EC and get 'free tack' for numerous horses?

Guys, this is technically not a child's game. Guess what, you have to be 13 or years older to register! ^o^ So they should be able to use language or whatever they want that a 13 year old would be okay with. Yet we have little chillens than invade the 13 or older rule. >_<

Now, why can't howrse do markings? I forgot why

Guys. I know parents love making sure their children aren't worried about the world before they actually get there. But I've seen worse stuff here. There's aren't being religious, or promoting them. I learn worse when I go to the bathroom and the cover of TIME is face updefault smiley (lol). I've seen R movies. The environments sometimes in New York City (sorry to offend you guys, I love New Yorkers) are horrible for children to hear and experience. At least they aren't called like devil, starvation, killing, and terrible disease

I know that they shouldn't see more bad things, of course. Just saying I don't think this opinion needs to be made such a huge deal about over and over again in the spoilers forum. default smiley :) Let's just all be happy and talk about other stuff.
