It's been confirmed on the US server that you need to reach 30 horseshoes before you can see the perk. We *are* having the lottery after the GC as always.

He is indeed very feminine looking....but dang he's gorgeus. Maybe if we're lucky the next divine will be female.... and a dragon looking one.

There should be at least one coming since Tianma is able to offer coverings. While Shenma's page says that he cannot breed.

I have got the double poop nearly everyday.. I guess I'm lucky default smiley :p

But, can I buy a TC now or do I have to wait until Shenma is unlocked?

Lucky you. It took nearly 20 days for mine to trigger it! I just got it for the second time today.

Guess there is a very high random double poop factor with Tienma. Hope Shenma will be a little more generous.

So anyone besides me jumping all over the place trying to magically force the number of horseshoes to go up...faster default smiley (lol)
