Yeah that makes sense having the planet divines stand for both the planets and Roman gods as they have the same name. How confusing would that be if they had both planets and Roman gods? There would be two Jupiter's, and Neptune's , etc. default smiley xd

I know that, (thank you percy jackson default smiley xd) but I think they were meant to be both the planet horses and the Greek horses. Like...Venus and Mars I (think?) are Ares and Aphrodrite. And if I recall correctly while Percy and Zoe and Thalia and those people were on this quest to rescue Artemis and Annabeth, they ran into Ares and Aphrodrite in a trailer. And I think in the legends Ares and Aphrodrite were married(?) or in a relationship. So I think that's like the only Greek and Roman mythology we're going to get within divines. (Of course all the BMI's and some wandering horses were greek mythology)

I agree with you, they've incorporated lots of Greek/Roman mythology which I don't mind. They're one of my biggest interestsdefault smiley (7)

One more thing I forgot, the Greek and Roman gods are humanoid. They've never been personified/represented as horses in mythology.

Now to continue on with spoilersdefault smiley :)

Actually Posidon created horses and was sometimes represented as one

and Satkin, Aphrodite and Hephsious were married but Aphroditie and Ares had an affair.

I forgot that Poseidon created horses, and the Pegasus (I think, can't remember) thanks for the reminder. All though I have never read anything about him being represented as one...not that I can think of right now. But it would make sense seems how he made them. Now I am going to have to do some researchingdefault smiley :p

and the Pegasus

The Pegasus was created when Medusa's head was cut off. He came from her blood (hence the M.Blood).

Now I understand why it's called Medusa's Blood!

I got a book on Greek Mythology when I was little, I remember that was one of my favorite stories.

I think that they should do the Norse mythology ones, but one thing that I really Really want is, Egyptian mythology divines! They should really do an Anubis, a Bastet, Ra, Apophis, and more default smiley (l)

Gah... If they did Anubis I would be one broke little hamster. I'm literally addicted to Anubis default smiley xd

Have we gone into Mythology talk? Ooohhh... Now I'm never going to leave!

There should be hippocampi! (Because Poseidon created them) And they would kind ove be like how the grey fells are, and they each would have different talents

Technically Poseidon and Medusa were married and Poseidon fathered both Pegasus and Chrysaor but they were released when Perseus cut off her head. Also, you can do research, but there are so many versions of the stories that no one story is the only one.

Didn't know that. But then Norse mythology isn't exactly my strength when it comes to mythology. It's mostly in Greek and Roman mythology with an little bit of Egyptian mythology in the mix.

@hamsterjenny0908

I would be broke too, if they brought in Anubis!
They need a Freya for Norsk mythology!! She's the goddess of fertility and love, Friday was named after her and she had a chariot pulled by cats. Freya is also my name so I would make sure I get her hehe default smiley :)
