When Howrse wants to introduce something new, they first set up a test server with it and invite a number of players to test the new thing and say where there are problems and what they like and don’t like and such things. default smiley :d

This is my thoughts on the divine as well. Any of the divines that you are able to add skills to are infinitely more valuable to me than ones you can not, since they poop out equus from comps + at high levels can be rosette winners & EC comp boosters (and I'm all for divines that boost EC comps since gullfaxi does the opposite D: ). Whatever they do outside of gaining skills is just a nice bonus :>

I am curious to know why the GC doesnt seem to end. I got tired of it after Spring. It is too repeatitive.

I dont mind the random promo here and there, but not to this extent.

I feel the same way. But with all this talk in the spoiler zone I may start doing it again

Reggie,

I am not a pass buyer, and I do not have time to blup/ buy pass horses so anything I win is pure luck. Never won a Divine before (obviously) and I am lucky to get 2 passes a month.
Working 2 jobs takes up a lot of time, and all of the GC continuing to go on with no end in sight is bumming me out.

I really wanted to win Gull, but since I dont buy passes and I was only able to get 2 HoP, I only got to the 18th Pinata.
I was so sad. T_T

If you don't like the GC, don't participate, Simple as that. There is no reason to complain, I mean there is good with the GC. It allows non pass buyers and newer players to get pretty good BMI's, and I have no problem with that. default smiley (l)

I would have no problem with it if it didn't take up my entire homepage. I can't enter the Prix and get decent money anymore either. I could make upwards of 20k per week with the Prix but now I can only made 10k. It's also wrecking our economy because people have bred so many junk horses for objectives, as well as unis (which is bringing prices down). Nothing is uncommon anymore.

As Breeze said, It is annoying having it constantly showing on my homepage, it makes me feel pressured to participate in the events.
There is also a huge influx of Unicorns and Junk horses to help complete objectives in the GC.

If I participate any, its from objectives I complete on accident by just doing what ever with my horses.

The Great Challenge has gotten to the point where I consider it Spam.

like I said something is better than nothing at all. its not my favorite thing but at least I get something out of it.

Agreed. Howrse didn't used to have all of these promos and opportunities to earn free BMIs were few and far between.

in the past you were able to buy card packs for 1 pass, that's no guarantee for the coming promo though, but a good guess default smiley ;)
