More secret market items
With all these new features, we will be able to add more secret market items. And maybe, we will offer some of them during our future contests.

nigahiga it's the new version of the coat for the breeds that use this coat currently:



I edited the neck a bit since I thought the new coat has an odd curve to it (check out the previous page to see the un-edited version)

This is a little late to the party but...

The only one forcing you, is you. No one is taking your hand and making you log onto Howrse. You're doing that on your own.

-- Anyway --

The only 3 coats I don't like are the Quarter Horses, Friesians and Gypsy Vanners. I like the current coats for them much better.

Reasons:

1) The neck and not enough feathering on the Friesians.
2) The mane, tail and feathering on the Vanner's are lacking.
3) The neck on the Quarter's is just too thin.

The new coats look awesome, some just aren't favoring to most peoples' tastes. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the Friesian, QH, or GV, but it's not going to make me stop playing. This will be version 4 graphics, most of the originals survived through the weird V2 so I don't think this will be a problemdefault smiley (y)

I just wish that they would take a look at some of the criticism, and fix some of the coats before making the change. I don't see why they want to rush into it when there are obviously proportional problems with many of the coats.default smiley :@

^ Love the Arabian! Except the wings... They look way to fake and not attached to the horse, plus the bottom is transparent and faded.

The TB definitely doesn't look as the one we have now.. It just doesn't look like a Thoroughbred... Maybe the thicker body is why...
The QH's neck looks to thin and just...sad, sullen...
I like the Aussie and PSH, but the PSH looks...off to me.
The shetland's legs look a bit too thin.

Um, I don't think you should be editing the coats...as that can be viewed as theft if it's not your artwork... Just don't want someone getting in trouble for that.

RascallPeanutt - I think an argument could be made that editing to demonstrate a point would fall under fair use actually. As long the the person editing doesn't try to claim the edited version as their own.

The TB used to be a thicker breed until inbreeding and a narrow gene pool made it the thin animal it is today. Thus so many breaking down on the track. I've been researching TB bloodlines, history and breeding for yearsdefault smiley :)

I'd love to bring back the old TB with it's bulkier shape, and race it at an older age, instead of the pushing they get today at 2 years old.

But in any case, I do agree that the QH's neck is far too thin. I'm not a QH fan as they've helped ruin the purebred Appaloosa, but still...far too thindefault smiley :) I agree.
