Can I ask the mods to add a banner to posts that need one instead of censoring them please? I think they did that to one of my posts a long time ago but I'm not sure if it's still possible. Some players have added valid points that weren't even rude and now their posts are gone. Personally, I think censoring those points just proves how little howrse cares about their players and it just gives us more reasons to leave.

Click to display I am honestly done. I am happy with the regular forums and the UHD. If this does happen in January I am actually quitting, what is the point of staying, this game just gets worse and worse. Ubisoft ruined a perfect game, again, to no ones surprise. I really want to know who the heck works there and thought of this idea. Not to be rude, but to be rude, it was a very very dumb idea  |
Well, I can see how everything is escalating there if it's escalating here.
We're all upset, but the more you get incensed the more the mods are going to need to work on this thread. And for those wondering, nobody's being trigger happy with the report tool, it's just that mods are actively keeping an eye on the thread. Deep breaths, me included (and first, I feel like I should make myself strong tea). That said, Click to display other versions are feeling as gutted as we are, if not more so. In 3 months their whole server is going to change (along with ours, probably?) and they're going to need an entire new language with SPECIFIC words to understand each other. Who is going to try and find the word for BLUP and skill and translate 'trough' and shower and companion at every turn? That is going to be a logistic nightmare.

My cousin Beautydreams is extreamly sensitive and she simply pleaded for no removal of forms and they censored it I hope your happy horse because it seems that making people cry is your specialty (pls give support for my cousin
 she is a real sweetheart) and if you really enjoy making people cry you may as well yell at my cousin and say mean things I get she's autistic but do you really feel you should treat her that way she is very smart dispite her disabilities and has a big heart and you just trashed her like she was just literal garbage for her pleads |

It's understandable that they're keeping an eye on the forum. But the posts that I read a few hours ago were not rude. The only issue was that they didn't have a banner. So to me, it looks like the posts were censored to "keep us quiet" rather than because they didn't follow the rules. All they needed was a banner, which a mod could have added. And I find this censorship rediculous, especially when it's about howrse sinking their own game. Howrse needs to read this.. not that they ever will. So to me it does look like there's someone being trigger happy with the censor button. Except with that post that used a bad word. I saw that one coming a mile off. Please don't take my argument personally. Its a friendly argument.

"if you get a message from an unknown person, please ignore it"-well, what the feline barf will that do?? if it's hurtful, people get hurt. if it's not an appropriate message, well, the recipient still saw it. and you're expected to NOT report them to admins? i swear, i might quit if this happens. no . . . i probably will quit. also, the matter of not dming the mods or admins, what utter nonsense.

Absolutely, I was just saying that in response to another player's complaint. Constructive feedback is constructive feedback, and must be appreciated and valued.

 This message has been censored since it does not follow the forum rules.Click to display It's an Official Server that was announced and linked on the 'Smaller' versions of the game (ALL of them, including the historical Caballow, with us since the beginning), with the addendum that ALL Social media platforms are closing down (except the English one) and so are ALL the FORUMS in the game. All of them. That is what we are upset about, the loss of the beloved forums.

Click to display I do not apologize for calling this newest idea a "flaming dumpster fire going downhill fast with not one fire extinguisher in sight". I strongly believe this. Are they trying to start up something like the Allhowrse chat? That was great 10 years ago...when only like 50 people knew of it. And the chatroom wasn't constant madness, it was promptly moderated, and 90% Howrse talk. In the brief time I spent trying to navigate through the discord server all I saw was chaos and inappropriate or wildly off topic conversation. Not kid friendly *at all*. Heck I was disturbed by a few things I saw and I am an adult! Not to mention it asks for your age to get in? TOO many creeps on the web these days. I do not think it will get better with time and I do not think this is the direction this game needs to go. Keep the discord server if you must, but PLEASE *do not* delete any of these forums on ANY of the servers. |
