So, reading the description for the divine Merry Christmas, one of the prizes is an Elves Pack. Could someone tell me what that is? Is it a companion like the Monster Eggs Yokai gives or is it a set of Tack? Thank you in advance!

It's The Rider's Store. Riders come at timed intervals, the time between reduces as you progress through the levels; and you supply them with one to three pieces to complete their outfits.

You can give them a hat, torso (gillet, jacket or shirt), and legs (socks or boots). If you give them exactly what they want you get the highest (satisfaction) points, giving something didn't choose to just complete them gives less points.

You can get the pieces from daily missions x 3 and comps x 6, plus 6 daily from log in with a bonus of +3 giving 9 every 5 days. You can also craft the pieces in your EC workshops.

ShadowKokufu is putting together a great info sheet which will be posted in the first page of the dedicated event thread and I highly recommend you read it and follow the thread for help and strategies to help you make the most of the event and progress as far as possible without passes.

It will start in 6 hours 2 minutes default smiley :)

--Max. cost: 112 TCs × 200p = 22400p max. (9 frags per item)

^^Average:

--Min. cost: 18 TCs × 200p = 3600p min. (57 frags per item)
--Max. cost: 38 TCs × 200p = 7600p max. (27 frags per item)

^^Average cost:
--Min. cost: 21 TCs × 200p = 4200p min. (48 frags per item)
--Max. cost: 24 TCs × 200p = 5000p max. (42 frags per item)

With the 540 frags from the event:
--Min. cost: 9 TCs × 200p = 1800p min. (19 frags per item)
--Max. cost: 18 TCs × 200p = 3600p max. (9 frags per item)

^^Average:
--Min. cost = 10 TCs × 200p = 2000p min. (16 frags per item)
--Max. cost = 11 TCs × 200p = 2200p max. (14 frags per item)

Notes:
-Average fragments found per item: 14-16 per item. NB: I rarely ever found fewer than 13 fragments per item. However, when I did, I found very few fragments which dropped the average.

-You can get a 3× fragment multiplier from completing the community objective

- requires 3250XP to complete his quest.

-Don't forget to already have your Grail divines on an ongoing quest before you get Lancelot. Buying Lancelot will autocomplete your ongoing quest, even if you started it on the day that you got him.

The event:
Click to display
-You will get 6 items daily from logging in, 9 items from logging in for 5 days in a row and 9 more items daily from doing missions and entering competitions daily. That’s a total of 312 free items for the duration of the promo or 104 of each category assuming that you get equal amounts of items from each category.

-The event was not playable on your phone through your browser/desktop mode on preprod. If you’re using your phone then rather switch to mobile mode because it’s much easier to place the gear on the rider on mobile as opposed to classical mode.

-If you’re using classical mode and you’re having trouble putting gear on your riders then you may need to drag the gear to the centre of the rider in order to place it.

-There’s a community goal to place X pieces of tack to unlock a 3× fragment multiplier for Lancelot.

-You will need your EC workshops to craft items for the event if you want to complete the event. Your workshops are not accessible through the mobile version so you must play the classical version to use them.
--NB: 2* tack, along with store bonuses such as the whip, are ingredients that can be used to craft event items in your workshops. And not all of the store bonuses can be bought from the store.

-You get more or less 4200 coins for free from the promo if you participate by crafting.

-IMPORTANT: the cost of each item in the prize store DOUBLES after each time you buy the item.

-New riders will arrive at your store every x hours depending on what level you have reached. However, if you do not want to wait for the riders then you can choose to advertise for 90p to automatically get 3 new riders/orders at your store.

-Some players got confused between items/tack when they were trying to add the riders. I have attached an image that demonstrates the difference between each tack piece below. This image was created by Strawbz.

-If you want the maximum number of coins per rider then try to give each rider exactly what it wants.

-You may need to use up your whole supply of 2** tack to craft items for the riders.
--It takes 1 day to craft 1-3 of any type of item in your workshops depending on the size of your workshops.
--Employing the artisan drops the time to craft recipes to 14 hours and X minutes.

-Strategy: go for the prizes, not the divine. You probably won’t have the masses of 2** tack and bonuses that are required to get through the entire promo so you may end up spending a good number of passes trying to finish.

Possible total resource requirements to complete the promo:
(Do note that this information may differ from player to player. We are unsure of whether each player will get the same set of riders in this promo let alone if we will get the riders in the same order. So this info may not be true/accurate.)

Those quantities given are the total I needed to complete all 118 riders that came to me *without* using more than two days worth of log in, comp and mission awarded items.

I very quickly completed the whole event within 48 hours while testing so received hardly anything from the daily awards.

I just didn;t want anyone to think they need all those resources *as well as* their daily items default smiley :)

I've also just quickly thrown together some more numbers that could be useful, will post next.

Store item quantities needed for all 118.

Click to display

Again - info based on the 118 riders I received. We do not know yet if they come in the same order for everyone.

Use this as a rough guide to help with your crafting. Try and start on the higher requirement items first but take into consideration when they are first required. Try and work it so you only thing about the items for higher numbered riders later.

Example = hat 3 has a quantity of 10 but is only required when your rider numbers are in the twenties. So it would make sense to hold off making a batch of those until you are approaching that rider number. Riders still keep coming even if you leave some partly dressed so to speak. There is no rush to get them done and out of the store default smiley :-))

That way you can dedicate workshops to the items you need earliest and there is also a chance you will build up a daily amount of items needed later saving you workshop space.

Item Total Qty First needed for Rider number#

Hat 1 = 15; #3
H2 = 19; #4
H3 = 10; #26
H4 = 8; #13
H5 = 9; #33
H6 = 7 #37
H7 = 7; #76
H8 = 1# 111

T1 = 13; #5
T2 = 7; #24
T3 = 2; # 7
T4 = 23; #12
T5 = 6; #44
T6 = 6; #37
T7 = 6; #89
T8 = 1; #77

L1 = 12; #2
L2 = 10; #1
L3 = 22; #15
L4 = 21; #16
L5 = 7; #9
L6 = 3; #77

Another note on the event:

For the equip you get from competitions:

Stick to the competitions you need to get your Equip for AT THAT MOMENT.
For example, if you just need Jockey style equip, do NOT do Western competitions but stick to trot and gallop. If you need Dressage style stick to dressage competitions.
Western equip isn't needed until MUCH later and you NEED to unlock as many levels as you can to get more children, so take care!! default smiley (l)

The gifts in the current event... if you exchange your shop currency for an item, such as a hestias gift - if you go back to buy that item again, will it have increased in price? or is the price the same each purchase?

I'm hoping the latter...
