Riders come at timed intervals, the time between reduces as you progress through the levels; and you supply them with one to three pieces to complete their outfits. You can give them a hat, torso (gillet, jacket or shirt), and legs (socks or boots). If you give them exactly what they want you get the highest (satisfaction) points, giving something didn't choose to just complete them gives less points. You can get the pieces from daily missions x 3 and comps x 6, plus 6 daily from log in with a bonus of +3 giving 9 every 5 days. You can also craft the pieces in your EC workshops. ShadowKokufu is putting together a great info sheet which will be posted in the first page of the dedicated event thread and I highly recommend you read it and follow the thread for help and strategies to help you make the most of the event and progress as far as possible without passes. It will start in 6 hours 2 minutes

 You've done a great job collating all that information and I know it will be a great help to many  Just a note on the resource requirements.. Click to display Those quantities given are the total I needed to complete all 118 riders that came to me *without* using more than two days worth of log in, comp and mission awarded items. I very quickly completed the whole event within 48 hours while testing so received hardly anything from the daily awards. I just didn;t want anyone to think they need all those resources *as well as* their daily items I've also just quickly thrown together some more numbers that could be useful, will post next.

Store item quantities needed for all 118.
Click to display Again - info based on the 118 riders I received. We do not know yet if they come in the same order for everyone. Use this as a rough guide to help with your crafting. Try and start on the higher requirement items first but take into consideration when they are first required. Try and work it so you only thing about the items for higher numbered riders later. Example = hat 3 has a quantity of 10 but is only required when your rider numbers are in the twenties. So it would make sense to hold off making a batch of those until you are approaching that rider number. Riders still keep coming even if you leave some partly dressed so to speak. There is no rush to get them done and out of the store  That way you can dedicate workshops to the items you need earliest and there is also a chance you will build up a daily amount of items needed later saving you workshop space. Another note on the event:
Click to display For the equip you get from competitions: Stick to the competitions you need to get your Equip for AT THAT MOMENT. For example, if you just need Jockey style equip, do NOT do Western competitions but stick to trot and gallop. If you need Dressage style stick to dressage competitions. Western equip isn't needed until MUCH later and you NEED to unlock as many levels as you can to get more children, so take care!!
