(Not counting when they're in stock or not, just how long they're available) I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't restocked for a few months (or maybe even until next year this date) because they're usually only available for very special occasions. So, usually when they are made available it's just for one day.

They're usually out for a day and only for a special event (like Howrse's birthday). You might have to wait a while before you can grow passes on that meadow.

(It used to be 1000, but they cut it down-) Will card packs be available again before the promo ends? Yes. Special offers (like the card packs) are ALWAYS available the last two weekends of a promotion. For every promotion.
