I'm guessing there's no way to search for horses with knight tack in sales?
Also... when you say purchase... are you saying they'll be offered in the store at some point?
Finally, are you going to need the tack before getting it as a grand prize? I assume you don't need to, by reading your next sentence.

I haven't been paying attention to this topic as much as I normally do, haha.

[quote=1403694505]Hey guys, this event ends tomorrow, and the new one starts on Thursday. As you know, the event has specific requirements, so I just wanted to make you a shopping checklist, to give you four days to get everything you need to be 100% prepared. default smiley (l)

Shopping Checklist:
Click to display
- A riding horse
- A foal or a pony
- A Draft Horse
- A Pegasus or a Winged Unicorn
- A Unicorn or a Winged Unicorn
- A horse with ONE or more Pieces of Knight Tack (or a Grail Divine)
- A horse with a Dragon Companion (or a Dragon Divine)

NOTE!!
- Pieces of Knight tack are given for free as Grand Prize for the Mazes, so you may not need to purchase any, if you're willing to use that Piece.

- The Dragon pet offered by the Event is HIDDEN in the Maze, so there is no guarantee you'll find it before the obstacle. The Dragon pet is ESSENTIAL for that obstacle, so consider purchasing a horse with a Dragon pet.

I managed to get Merlin during the promo that ended today. What purpose will he serve during the promo?

Will people be able to post the way through the mazes? or are they all random? Because can I just wait until all the mazes have been posted and then do them without an issue?

Maps have already been shared, but I'll post them again on Thursday. The way is very basic so you probably won't need a traced route (very easy mazes), but as long as you take all shortcuts it's going to be just fine.

Mazes are ALWAYS the same for everybody, but the prizes location differs from preprod to Live, so the gold prize we found, say a Golden Apple along the way, might have a Heel in live. default smiley :)

Please take care of the spoiler tags.

Knight tack is given in the event before the obstacle, so you're set, and the Dragon is needed for 2 obstacles, so you'll have to adjust with passes to be able to not use the shortcut.

In half defence of the game, they did give every player a Free Dragon 3 months ago, so unless you're a new player or you sold yours, I think their reasoning would be "Well, we did give them a free one..." default smiley :)

What happens to the horses in the mazes? Will they lose health or anything?

No, you just

won't be able to care for them and they won't age, because they're in the maze.
Be mindful that you can switch them up all the time, so you can just use one, swap, take care and swap again. default smiley :)

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but
Click to display
do you need one horse for EACH item on the checklist, or can one horse fulfill multiple items? For instance, could I get a winged unicorn to fulfill both the pegasus and unicorn roles? Or would I need a separate pegasus and unicorn (or two winged unicorns) because there are two items on the checklist?

One horse can do multiple jobs.
A winged unicorn is still a unicorn, and has wings, for example. default smiley :)

Huh. So then as an example, if you had
Click to display
a draft horse winged unicorn with knight tack and a dragon companion
you'd have most of the checklist rolled into one horse - would that actually work? Or would you end up needing multiple horses with different things, to get past different obstacles?

Sorry, I just discovered this board recently and don't have a good handle on what the event will look like. I appreciate your patience. default smiley ^)

It was in the Great Challenge in February.
Everybody was given a free Dragon Flame, which is the item you need to get a free dragon pet.
