Wow! I am so impressed with all the positive changes they implemented thanks to our feedback.
They actually HEARD and LISTENED to us and took steps into improving an event that started out being awful. Now I'm actually looking forward to it!
I never expected such positive changes. It feels good knowing our feedback actually made a difference.
Big props and thank you to Howrse this time, you did well and I'm very satisfied with the improvements you made default smiley (y)

Yes, Yes, Yes! Once was bad enough, but two events in a row? Really pleased with that change!

Just a reminder, to please remember to use spoiler tags when mentioning upcoming event names, posting pictures, etc.

I know this is the "spoiler forum," but the reason we still use spoiler tags when mentioning upcoming events is that keyword searches will possibly bring up spoiler forum posts in the search.

Theoretically they would make more having it be random rather than on a schedule. On a schedule means people will likely do 3/4 months at a time, but random they may stack more because they don't know when they'll be available again. If for some reason that player stops playing or decides they no longer want to maintain a diploma, howrse will have had more HoPs spent on diplomas since they bought them further in advance.
Same reason they offer a price reduction on 6 months of Pegasus/VIP.... Streaming services (at least Disney+ did) and gyms do this too. If you stop using it, they still got paid. default smiley (zzz)

I understand the reasoning, but they, themselves, set this precedent for Diplomas. For years.
So, of course, people are going to see their hard work go poof and not be pleased.
Also, VIP and Pegasus are, AS WELL, on a 6 months schedule for a discount since their inception (VIP only for 1 month, NEVER for 6 though). :P

This has probably already been said, but do we know what the price of Karate is set at? I'm only expecting to pay around 2000 passes, considering the Athena's Medal isn't that valuable - I do need them though, so definitely interested in him now!

You can find 470 (?) fragments for Karate, and you get an average of 27-57 fragments for him if you get the x3. On average, 530 fragments are set at... I would say 2000-2500 passes as usual, since he's on level 7.

Well, tried for a Falacorn and got it first try default smiley :) I chose Piccolo, who was female. My question is: do each of the falabellas and falacorns have a set gender, or is it random? I'm thinking falabellas are all male, and falacorns are all female? If this isn't the case,

Could someone let me know what gender the free Falabella from the Pinatas promo will be? I'm really hoping for a male, that means I'll have paid 200 passes for 3 divines default smiley :p

Thank you! Just also realised from my one paid TC I got another TC, plus a Black Orchid and Artemis' Arrow - so my divine was completely free. Very happy with this weekend as it was cheap for me, may try and get another later on default smiley :)

Would someone please redirect me to the page you guys were discussing The Great Challenge? I'm not sure how it works or what the prizes are and how many clovers they cost. (Even after reading the instructions)

I am a little confused... Will we be able to win the Falahorn for free? And is that the Pinatas?

They're from two different promos. Falahorn is in the TCs this weekend while I think the Pinatas will give you a Falabella. We don't know if it will be free yet.

I'm going to predict maybe a Prehistoric. We're probably also due an Egyptian, not sure about Solars/Winds, but I can tell you they won't put Egyptians in HoPs - so probably prehistoric.

It could also be a chinese or water divine. Plants were also in HOPs but they seem to have taken a break from them?

I don't think anyone would have calculated this. Prizes are removed from the chest when they are won, so calculations were done in terms of cycles not average. It's just luck as to how quickly your last part-cycle goes. Or you can use clovers.

https://www.howrse.com/member/forum/topic/1396018037-ft-spoiler-zone?page=2430
and ctrl-f ShadowKokufu posted information about the current event including calculations for passes to get the divine with a 4x multiplier from GC. It's not letting me quote default smiley :(

Highlight what you want to quote and then quote it.

You will need TWO full cycles of the chest to get the Divine and THEN offset it with fragments and clovers. If you're lucky, you might need 1 cycle and some.
