It appears that yes, you can. I didn't think you could, as the Ow's H Ray didn't show up in the list, but then I tried it with an F Wand (6 in stock, 1 which was timed). The list only showed 5 Wands in inventory, but when I went ahead and tried anyway, the timed Wand had gone when I checked afterwards.

They don't tell us in advance about divines being available again. Looks like the wilds are being released in luck items at the moment as we have had Spanish and Sable Island quite close together.

We don't know which divine will come out in which luck item, or when they will next be in the reserved sales.

They're likely to appear soon, but all we can do for now is be patient.

There are maps for the routes on the previous page of this thread. Chickennugget has bumped the master post. The actual gift icons are in the same places but the gift isn't the same all the time.

Just wait, every week(end) there is wild or gemstone, so there will be those two (i mean, Saphire and Emerald (not Topaz)) sooner or later default smiley :) +Topaz doesn't do anything for you.
